Everything is excellent. The hosts, the place, the view, the food. Just that everything is made of wood and noise travels when someone in the upstairs room even walks. We were too tired and fell asleep. Also since everyone sleeps by 11 and place is quiet, it's not an issue. So my 5 stars.

Although the food is great but the prices are on a bit higher side as they are available in form of no of meals and not according to your choices which pinches a bit of hole in your pocket. Moreover the choices are restricted to homely cuisines, for other dishes you have to call to other restaurants probably attached to them ( menu card provided in each room).

The location is very good, 5 mins walk from Kurseong railway station and eagle's crag a tourist spot. Property is well maintained and the food is great.

The entrance road is very narrow - one car can barely pass without touching walls/houses on either side. The height of the gate should be increased as our Innova with luggage on top could not pass through it . Also the bathroom was very narrow. For travellers from the plains temperatures of around 8 to 10 degrees is very cold. In the top rooms with tin roof and glass panels it felt particularly cold. The owners should seriously consider providing hot blowers, even if at a charge, to the guests.

The owners (Biswajit) and staff ( Soma, Puja and Sonali) made us feel truly at home. Lunch and dinner provided was to our liking. The breakfast spread was very good and the staff provided the homely touches. The bed sheet and towels were of excellent quality and sparkling white. I liked my chalet type room very much though the steps leading up to it were very steep. The Terrace was the piece de resistance of the home stay. We noticed that the winter Sunlight was on the it from morning till evening. The wide terrace was our pick for having tea/coffee and oranges with the sun on our backs.

The behaviour of the staffs were too good.We took triple bedroom and got two story cottage which was exceptionally good.The kanchenjunga and the city view from the balcony/ attached terrace was mesmerizing.Overall very good experience.

Parking palce is not enough as they have capacity of 15 persons so if it's more than two cars then please contact the owner prior to ur trip and get done arrangment of parking as per requirement. Currently they don't have evening snacks option. It will be good if they will have option for evening snacks.

We have stayed in rooms at terrace. They have very good View. It is a dream place for everyone to sit with a good cup of tea and enjoy glorious morning and sky under the stars.. All rooms are very clean and well maintained. Good place for family and friends to cherish their holiday. Everyone is very cooperative. Food is also very tasty and homely. It was a nice experience altogether.

Not like the room. Washroom was narrow. Geyser is not working. We're facing this issue when we stay there. Snacks are not availavle. TV was not available. I have stayed many homestays earlier but this was terrible. Not value for money.

Only liked the location and food quality. Behaviour of staff Soma di was good and polite.

There was nothing to dislike about the property. Everything seemed to be perfect. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The location was excellent. The rooms offered great views of the hills,valleys as well as the city. We could see the snow-capped peaks of the Kanchenjungha from our room.We were impressed to have such delicious food , service of the staff and cordial behaviour of the owner .

Poor infrastructure, bad sound and weather proofing in some rooms, room heater comes with terms and conditions like no geyser if you're using a room heater. Meals are a bit expensive. Rooms should be insulated asap especially for winters.

WiFi was not working..seems like Jio network had some disruption the days I was there. My Jio mobile internet was also not working properly. Not sure if it’s the norm there.

Location is very good. Just behind the Kurseong Railway Station…easy availability of vehicles and taxis after a short walk, food places also nearby. Rooms - super fantastic! These seems to newly constructed, very well furnished and amazing view of Kanchendzonga mountains. Very quiet surroundings. Host - very polite and nice. Food - meals were home cooked and very nice. Overall very nice place!

Bathroom could have been a little larger but this is how things are in the hills among locals. They were smallish but fairly manageable. I could see that water was brought for consumption via tankers but still we had running hot and cold water 24 x 7 despite the scarcity. Nothing really that I did not like, very hard to find such a thing!

Awesome breakfast spread. fresh home cooked food for lunch and dinner with all local delicacies on request. The rooms were cozy like you would expect in the hills . Mr Sujit the owner and his wife and staff (Laxmi and sonali) - all are very efficient and they form an awesome team. Your kids will love it. the views from the terrace are worth dying for. The owner personally sees to each and every guest. tremendous value for money. Location is fab. Both, the local market and the Eagles creek are 10 mins by walk. We plan to book the luxurious master suite on the terrace next time.
