IndiaThe hotel is on the 7th floor of an old building. The lift looked unsafe, the rooms were not properly cleaned, and I found some hairs and nails in the bed which were a bit disgusting.
The location is good, near the metro and kokilaben hospital. Breakfast was good, staff is friendly as well.

I expected a good approach to the hotel. I was taken aback when I saw the building. Such an old apartment building. Very old lift that takes you to the 6th floor of the apartment. The rooms were bearable, it was clean enough. I suggest that they remove the word "Hotel" from the name. "Luxury" is another big hype.

IndiaIt's difficult to locate since it is inside a residential complex. If there is a power cut they do not have a backup. On one of the days, their gas ran out of fuel, and the sandwich given for breakfast was not at all good.
The rooms are really clean and spacious. They provide all basic amenities like a kettle, etc., in the room and have an iron box available on request. The staff and owners are good and helpful.

It's a exceptional stay. I think I was never feel so comfortable before that in Mumbai. This is a fantastic stay. Everything I'll get net and clean, staff also so courteous. I really enjoyed my stay with my family. This is a perfect hotel for family, corporate, for related work in kokilaben dhirubhai ambani hospita (it's just take only 2 or 5 minute walking from hotel to hospital).

United Arab EmiratesI thought it would be a good hotel, but it was the worst hotel. I’ve ever stayed. All those staff was helpful. Staff was really good, but the location is not good. It’s a tiny building old building and they have turned the apartments into hotel rooms. They don’t clean rooms every day. You have to go and ask them please clean the room. We don’t get a room slipper, hot water is only for 5 to 10 minutes. If two people have to take shower. One person has to take shower with cold water and it was so expensive. I thought if it’s expensive hotel, it’s going to be a good hotel in this price Ada book Novotel or any other good hotel, I don’t recommend this hotel at all. Do not do not book this hotel
