Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Poor swimming pool and really tiny, resturaunt doesn't even have cold water and ice, initially I was allotted deluxe room which was the same size, no body wash and body soap when we were alotted the room.
What I liked is the space of washroom and toom in triple deluxe suite.

Staff tried to charge me double at checkout, once they realised I wasn't going to pay double they changed it, also rhe swimming pool was not clean at all.

Room service is total disaster. They have 3 Nos. mentioned on the intercom i.e. 9, 134 & 786, No matter how many times you dial any of those, nobody, literally nobody will pick up the phone. Staff makes lame excuses when you complain. Pool on the terrace is a gimmick to attract customers, water isn't clean at all. There are better properties in close vicinity. Had no option but to stay there as we paid full booking amount at check-in for 2 rooms/2 days .

We booked because of the pool which when we arrived was green and you couldn’t see the bottom. Rooms were unclean.

The manager told us to check out early because they were facing some drainage issue. Later got to know from their staff that there wasn't as such problem but the hotel was over booked so. Don't know whether the manager was lying or he was he telling the truth .

Just by seeing the images, we reserved this hottel for 3 days stay, but our stay at this hotel was really uncomfortable. First, there's no proper parking—you have to park in an unsecured vacant lot next to the hotel, which didn’t feel safe at all. While they provide a kettle in the room, there were no tea or coffee sachets, and there was no hot water or geyser available either, which was frustrating. The cleanliness was poor, and we had to keep calling the reception for anything we needed. The whole hotel had a weird smell, and the swimming pool was in terrible shape—full of pigeon droppings and insects, making it unusable. When we told the receptionist how uncomfortable our stay was, she rudely responded, saying, “It will be like this only.” To make matters worse, when we tried to pay with a credit card, they refused, claiming the machine wasn’t working and demanded cash or UPI instead. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and I will not be recommending it to anyone. The rooms were extremely small and not clean at all. The bathrooms were also in poor condition and not properly cleaned. Overall, it was not worth staying at this hotel. I would suggest looking for other options.
To be honest i didn't like anything about this hotel ..Service very bad ..property not clean .it was just like an ordinary guest house. Staff also not good ...

Nothing was good here. they overcharged me for a horrible room.
The hotel was under construction / refurbishment. there was constant noise of construction happening around. they gave me a room on 2nd floor, the washroom was filthy, flush wasn't working. they overcharged me. they even charged me for using Booking.com platform. The pics shown on the website and booking.com are not at all authentic. They are all fake photos. Even their swimming pool was not operational. This hotel should not be promoted at all.

They simply denied my entry and said we are full, when I told them I have made booking from booking.com, they said we don't know them and don't recognise and accept their booking at all. I had to book another hotel at around 7:30 pm. I was traveling with my wife and two year son, how could they deny my entry.
