Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

- Check-in was delayed even after arriving post the listed check-in time (but the staff was gracious about it and made up for it) - The hotel is far from the beach and most stuff, so you'll need your own vehicle to move around conveniently. There are decent restaurants in the vicinity though.

There was no wifi in the room. The washroom area has plenty ants, fan was not cleaned and edges of the fan were covered in dust so when we switched on the fan all the black dust fell on our bedding. Bedside lights were covered in dust.
I stayed with my family, 3 nights. Breakfast choices were amazing and we loved it. Staff were so nice and they welcomed us with fresh watermelon juice and staff. The room was facing swimming pool.

House keeping could improve, we had to request replacement toilet roll, shower gel and towels, whilst all were replenished when reception was contacted this could have been avoided if staff were more observant, the restaraunt requires a makeover in our opinion it is more like a works canteen, functional but not very welcoming

Check in experience was pathetic . Staff at reception needs to be more professional, polite and experienced. Specially Hashwath and Priyanka at reception need to be more professional and polite. I extended my stay from 4 days to 6 days but no was ready to transfer us to our room even after numerous reminder giving frivolous excuses. Then I had to call the Property manager and tell him to do the needful. Unlike Hilton or 5 Star property
Breakfast layout was good and specially Pradeep looked after the guests very well. Nigam was also very helpful and was everywhere when needed. Motilal was also very responsive.

Location is quite meh. 5 stars is too much for this hotel - I'd grudgingly give it a 4, perhaps. Beware - the location is quite interior, and North Goa is known for its bad food and worse service. You can't use Goa Miles (ride-hailing app) here because of local monopoly. And local drivers charge a small nation's GDP in terms of fare. The food around the hotel is abysmal. The food inside the hotel is delicious but again, exorbitant. Staff is pleasant and good. Timely room cleaning and good, prompt service. Breakfast options are not on par with other 5-star hotels. Didn't notice any cheese selections, continental bread selections, and cold cuts. Beach is not nearby. Anywhere you want to go, will be priced at least 1200 rupees each way, and there is nothing to see or do in and around the hotel. My opinion, go anywhere in South Goa and travel to North if you need to. My guess is, you won't need to.
Overall, it's strictly okay - nowhere near other premium chain standards. I liked the ground floor room with pool access. The room was premium and staff were good.
