We recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton, Ambli Road, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel not only met but exceeded our expectations — not just in terms of comfort and amenities, but most importantly, through the warmth and attentiveness of its staff. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel at home. Akash at the front reception made our check-in process quick and seamless. His professional and friendly demeanor was the perfect welcome to the hotel. The restaurant team truly elevated our experience. A special mention to Bubblu, who impressed us with his incredible attention to detail. From the second day onward, he remembered our breakfast preferences, room number, and greeted us with a warm smile each morning.he even went into the kitchen personally to ensure our coffee was made just the way we like it — strong and perfectly brewed. Our omelettes were prepared daily exactly to our taste, low in salt and oil, thanks to Chef Akash, who remembered our request from day one.Another team member who truly touched our hearts was Pijus. Upon learning that we were in Ahmedabad to visit the hospital daily — as my brother-in-law was undergoing open heart surgery — he showed genuine empathy and care. He made sure we had a nourishing breakfast each morning and even packed fresh fruit for my brother-in-law. That simple, thoughtful gesture meant a lot to us during a difficult time.We also want to thank Addas, who consistently ensured our tea and coffee arrived quickly and as per our liking, making our mornings just a little bit brighter. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was extremely cozy, and the room was quiet, allowing for restful sleep even during stressful While the facilities, food, and location were all top-notch, it was the people at DoubleTree Ambli Road who truly made our stay memorable.

Selection of drinks (except tea I guess) very limited, especially when by rule 50% of drinks missing due to alkohol Executive launch was never available for me. I was to early or to late. After approx. 20:00 closed Ordered coffee on breakfast and did not arrive in reasonable time, so I had to leave without getting coffee

Fridge wasn't working, swimming pool wasn't working. Check in took forever, food at the hotel tasted great but was really expensive.

1. (Room no.1115) bathroom floor is uneven, causing water to stagnate. 2. The property is not easily recognizable from the Bopal-Ambli road. It appears dim from the main road, so proper lighting needs to be installed. 3. The hotel’s name board on the main road has misaligned and faded fonts. It should be straightened, with alignment and levels maintained for a polished appearance. 4. The middle lift is not operating smoothly. It should be inspected immediately, and complete maintenance work should begin without delay.

I think all accommodation near a building site should be highlighted to customers. I would say that the hotel were very accommodating to ensure that our room was on the opposite side.

Th dental kit I suspect had a used toothbrush but I wasn’t sure so I didn’t complain and had it replaced. The food quality can be improved in the breakfast.

Could do with a bigger lobby. Although the ground floor cafe has plenty of seating the lobby can sit just 2 groups as most are unwilling to share adjoining settees.
