About the breakfast..they didn’t tell about the additional cost about water bottle..After consume the water,they told bottled water is payable,It’s not about the cost,but they have to inform prior.

Hotel was very clean. Especially the behaviour of all staffs were very nice. We celebrated new year there. Overall our stay was great. But I would like to share one thing about their food rates. I have ordered lunch from the restaurant. But it was expensive

The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond in creating an elevated experience. Both the room and the gym were clean. Location is close to the tech hub in Bangalore, so commuting was easy.

The rooms are very dated and needs urgent refurbishment. Inside of cupboards didnt look clean as the woodwork is very old. The balcony in the room couldn’t be used as it was not cleaned and very dirty. Another thing which turned me off was that mid-day amid such hot weather, the lobby AC dosen’t work. Don’t like to sweat while inside the hotel and eating breakfast. Complained about it every day of my stay. But to no avail.

The size of the room is very big. Comfortable bed. The sofa is a nice addition. Breakfast spread was amazing. Staff were very friendly and attended to all my needs. Location is based on your need and it suited us very well.

The property needs lot of refurbishing especially the tubs were not working, kitchen sink and one of the bathroom sinks were always clogging

Front office was bit congested and the staff were not able to make good focus on customers. The swimming pool was not large enough for a proper swim.

Every morning you had something new to enjoy, the types of Dosa were amazing and the staff were friendly and providing right suggestions to taste the different varieties of the food they were serving.

Cleaning staff would leave random stuff like a vacuum cleaner or cleaning agents in the middle of path to elevators.

The hotel had a friendly staff. It was clean and quiet still being near a busy road. The breakfast had plenty of options from breads to local india cuisines

Lack of information and gap in communication between staff. There was an offer that was displayed for the pub 360 at the reception. The pub staff refused of the offer and was not aware. I asked to keep the bill ready for check out but when I came down it was not ready and unnecessary questions delayed my checkout due to which the cab that I had booked left and it was a hustle to find another cab.

They should upgrade their Access Cards as it fails to work in the lift, I had to try few times to make it work :)

I was on diet and surprisingly could get a very healthy breakfast choices (Oats based dishes, boiled vegetables, salads etc). Restaurant staff are very friendly and hardworking.
