Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast is very disappointing. Both the taste and variety were poor.

Not smart TV, most of channel doesn't work. Shampoo and Body Wash didn't suit me.
Booked triple occupancy room, it was spacious, bathroom was big too. Only issue was Deluxe room had sofa but triple rooms didn't have any seating option apart from 1 plastic chair. Though Breakfast doesn't had lot of options but it was not bad, taste was homely and Food court next to the hotel. Wifi works great and Free water available during stay.

• The location is excellent, but the area around the hotel is impacted by ongoing highway construction, leading to waterlogging. • The shampoo provided in the washroom caused rashes all over my body. • My toothbrush, toothpaste, and body wash, which were new, were disposed of by the staff within a few hours of being left behind. • I lost a silver chain during my stay, and it could not be recovered. • The food options are limited in variety and tend to be slightly oily but are good in taste. • There is a persistent weird smell in the lobby that never goes away. • The staff are very limited and few in number, which affects the service quality.
I recently stayed at D Square in their Deluxe Suite, and the experience was delightful. Location is good. Next to a food court and behind IDFC Bank. Simple but tasty vegetarian breakfast. They had sugar premixed tea (no coffee) but re-made some sugarless tea for us exclusively on our request. Advised them to make sugarless tea/coffee henceforth, and give sugar separately, to satisfy diabetics like us.

The most unsatisfactory and most waste hotel I have ever stayed in most of the facilities are false, staff are not cooperative at all,basic facilities are not available,foods are below average no housekeeping till I stayed in the property, rates are exorbitant in comparison with the basic facilities, totally unsatisfactory,I am regretting now why I choose the hotel I recommended not trust the booking.com sites review most of the facilities are not available.

1. No Proper parking facility. 2. Break fast is limited and very un-hygenic with a guy having medical plaster to his thumb serving by touching the food with the same finger. 3. It took 3 hours to receive a spoon. 4. Bathroom is not clean. 5. No in house dining. 6.ZERO score on value for money 7. No room cleaning for 2 days.
Nothing was OK in this hotel. It couldbe worth 1000 per night maximum.

Basic Amenities of a normal hotel is missing. Phone which is only for calling reception is not working. No kettle, No tea, coffee provision, No facial tissues. When we asked for the same toilet roll was supplied. Breakfast is procured from a nearby restaurant and delivered to rooms cold. The breakfast times are suppose to be hot or at least warm. No coffee or tea with breakfast. Hand wash is filled in a dirty bottle.
