Spain- Wi-Fi was very slow and was cut for one entire morning. Since we didn't have a local SIM card this meant that we were completely out of touch for those few hours something to work on. - The pressure of the water in the tap and the shower were not great, but the bathroom was good.
Small comfy room. Breakfast was good and the service at breakfast was exceptional. Housekeeping staff were very sweet :-)

IndiaHygienically was not upto the mark as per being chain hotel. Chair curtain and bathroom doors were having black fungus. When we entered in the room it was smelling and when we opened curtain dust came in hand.

KuwaitVery far from city. Takes 2 hours to get anywhere. The staff are not friendly at all. The housekeeping lady Ms. Suhana (not sure of her name) did a very bad job, and she kept forgetting to clean our room. The room cleaning was not good enough and the sheets had dried stains on them. The room are very small. No storage space and no place to keep suitcases.

IrelandI booked this place seeing there was a pool but no, it's not working. And they only told me after I paid for my stay and that too after asking the time for the swimming pool. They told me that I can be dropped to a nearby hotel Novotel when I wanted to use the pool, which is not fair as I'd book a place where I'd want to spend time in and not get tired travelling to a swimming pool on a day of relaxing. I wouldn't book here, I have stayed in multiple hotels this past months, including other four points and marriot, and by was this was the worst for me. The shower is stuck with salt, and the water flow is bad. The water drainage in the toilet was stuck so water would overflow, and I could see old piping in the toiled with rust all over. Didn't expect this from a four points standard. Hope to see this place improve.
Housekeeping Staff and Location are the two best things here.

CanadaThe location of the hotel is too far from the main city. The bed was not comfortable and the room is a bit too small. It is not like other Sheraton hotels, lobby is small.
