Unfortunately the staff did not mention at the check in that the check out is at 11am, unlike other hotels have it at 12. They called at 10:30am, right after the breakfast was over, that we only have 30 minutes to leave. Max what they would do, is give us time till exact 11:25 and then they will start charging us for the next day. Extremely disappointing, never faced anything of this sort in other 5 star hotel. Breakfast, also was not as expected, super slow services and mediocre variety.

Beautiful property, rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the pool is beautiful.

A bit on the costlier side.

Very poorly maintained. Fixtures are old cracked rusted. What small carpeting is there is soiled and unkept.

Due to the off-side location of the hotel it was a bit more difficult to get Uber taxi. Reception manager Mr. Amid offered either a hotel car for INR 6.000 plus taxes for a 20min drop to Merauli (ridiculous high) or being left to your own to arrange something else. Have rarely seen such an uncooperative men in Indian hotels. Mr. Rishabh sensed the situation and was very helpful to arrange the taxi and reconfirmed the booking with the taxi driver by phone. The Chinese restaurant was blocked for wedding venues in 2 out of 3 evenings. This reduces the use for hotel guests and causes significant more loudness on the floors. The hotel has significant signs of ageing in the rooms. We were curious from what we saw on the internet, but probably would not come again.

Garden area is nice, breakfast at Kiyan terrace good with very polite staff A disturbing vibrant noise was solved quickly by two technicians.

Restaurant staffs need more training in customer service. Had to wait long, was ignored by the staffs. Restaurant was busy but then ignoring a guest is completely unacceptable.

The restaurant and bar menu show a good selection of drinks, etc., however there is only a minimum choice available (e.g. only one beer, almost no red wine, …). Hard to believe, that a 5* Hotel is not able to guarantee sufficient stock/supply in one of the world‘s biggest capitals.

The breakfast was not upto the standard. The food was kept outside and we had to go out in the cold again and again to get it. Dosa order took more than 30 minutes to come.

Your ACs are too much and makes people sick the incense is too much and also the pool needs to be more clean and more friendly, the gym is very small , sauna and spa are also smaller and not organized very well.

All good in general but dishes are huge and double the price of other hotels. like sandwiches etc are in huge quantity and can be half the volume and also half the prices for better diversity.

Phantastic landscaped garden with breathtaking pool of more then 100m with an intimate atmosphere. Great design of the hotel building interacting with the garden. Two restaurants + bar with high quality food. Warm-hearted guest care led by Mrs Mehak Sharma.

Bath towels could have been more plush

Very comfortable room with all needed amenities. Staff was very attentive, courteous and helpful. Despite being surrounded by a very busy local traffic and nearby Gandhi International Airport the hotel offered a surprisingly quiet and relaxed environment with its nicely manicured landscape and well cleaned pools/lakes. Breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of food types both local and international. We also very much enjoyed our Chinese food dinner at the restaurant on the hill where the ambiance, the chef and servers were exceptional.

Room heating - the room was cold and when I asked for temperature to be adjusted, they told me that cause the room has a lot of marble it will stay cold !!!! View - I was told.its a garden view room but what I saw outside the window was a wall with some plants Location - Getting inside was a challenge, there is no prominent easily visible branding at the entrance that makes it easy to locate. Parking - Waiting for the car at vallet was a horrible experience.

There was little chipping on the side tables and the carports could be cleaned more often. Door bell was not working Few of the switches were not working Sheer curtain was not there Reception could be bit more responsive, many times the call went blank

We liked the architecture, the nature elements throughout the property, and the staff. We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary and the staff was courteous to welcome us with flowers and a cake, and bump up our room category
