1. Water was contaminated with mossie and no action was taken even after repeated complaints. The safe was so rude and mentioned he can not do anything about it if the water is contaminated. No action was taken in the evening and also in the morning.

The location was convenient for travel.

No staff enough to attend a need not even basic items in the room. Broken door locks poor service Reception ask more payment than booking made and later agree to pay the same. I strongly recommend anyone not to chose this hotel

Even after repeated calling and confirming on reaching there manager balaji refused room and and even after mr sayed told he wasnt ready to give room. And when i shouted at him finally he gave room . There was no hot water in bathroom nor they gave any complementary bathroom needs.

We were not able to stay in this hotel as they said they haven't gotten any licence to run the business. Moreover the hotel wasn't in condition to stay. At first they said foreigners are not allowed to stay only locals then they said no license and within few hours after check in they chase us out. This is my first horrible experience with this hotel. We had no choice to look for another hotel immediately with higher cost.

Disgusting, horrible hotel and the staff. Post booking from booking.com I called the hotel to confirm the Booking for a hassle free checkin, however they had discrepancy in the price that the stay was booked, I had called the booking.com customer support to get this addressed, they double checked and confirmed that there won't be any extra charges beyond was was mentioned in booking confirmation. The next day in the morning when I visited the hotel there was a big drama in the reception where the existing customer who had checked in were not getting water in bathroom and toilets for hours together in the morning. Also they denied my booking saying that they were not taking any bookings from either Agoda or booking.com and demanded 5 times more the money for having the stay..

The property do not give us the room, say that they did not confirm our stay ,we had the confirmation from booking.com by email The property claim they are no longer property partner with booking.com Very bad services , cannot book this property for your trip .

Shortage of staff.l bcoz of which service was a bit slow but the manager was very kind to listen to all the feedback and was trying to respond quickly

Location and property is very good specially their own garden restaurant which has almost all options of North Indian cuisine and they are ready to customise the order. Food was really good. The only area of improvement is to increase staff during night hrs so no challenge if anything required during night hrs

First of all, this is not a Hotel. This is a marriage hall with few rooms. All the positive reviews you can see about this in Google is based on the marriage hall, not as a Hotel. No hot water consistently, no quick response for various service related enquiries, not even tissue papers available. The A/C was not working properly, no restaurant inside the facility. I will never stay here again!

Very big and neat room having all the very best facilities including lift, toiletries, enormous car parking lot, serene atmosphere especially the very polite and helpful reception personnel particularly that of Mr.Balaji, GM, who guided us to various temple visits
