We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaIt is at the end of a residential cul-de-sac so access is slightly impaired - though there are hundreds of autos outside who will take you to any corner of Mumbai and as is well-known, Mumbai's autowallahs are honest and reputable. Food options are also limited nearby (take an auto to Andheri-Kurla road - Rs. 23 - and you have dozens of restaurants to choose from, though).
It is quite a new property (hence the dearth of reviews here), but that works to one's advantage - everything is fresh and clean. The staff go out of their way to make your stay comfortable.

Indiathey are Very insecure and have trust issues for the customers, when i was having the bigger trolly bag and want to leave for the work at morning and the reception guy was asking me unwanted questions, he was not beliving me and he was thinking that i will not come back and asked me to pay advance amount then i have to convience him that i am not checking out and i will be back. he was asking me "what work you do ? and where are you going with that suitcase ?" this kind of question hurt any customer and personaly i felt frustrated. he has no rights to ask me any of this questions right? if anyone staying this hotel and want to go out with bigger suitcase you have convience the hotel that you are not checking out and you will be back ...and they might ask you questions like police persons.
