The resort feels more like a forest retreat, with night sounds from insects and birds—which I personally didn’t like. Pool , It can’t really be called a swimming pool—it was just a large tub, that’s all.

It wasn’t very appealing since it’s quite far from Munnar and the tea plantations. The place has more of a forest-like ambiance, suited for those who enjoy the wilderness, with the sounds of insects and birds echoing through the night.

The staff assisting with plans for day trips were quite insistent on what we should be doing, rather than listening to our interests.

The infinity pool is small but set in the most beautiful spot overlooking the mountain side. Our room had a stoop that had the most incredible view. We spent a lot of time just relaxing at the hotel rather than being busy sightseeing.

- it is quite far away from the city, to keep in mind (40 min in tuktuk), but tbh that’s a choice we did not regret - the hotel staff is mainly really junior- we were asked to fully pay uppon arrival, then we noticed they had already made us pay 50% of the price and had to ask for a refund. The day of the checkout we were called 2 times in 30 minutes to tell us “check out time reminder ” when it was not necessary and felt stressful - for the restaurant, you have to tell them crazy in advance what you want to eat which I don’t understand

Lovely hotel, magical environnement out in the nowhere - restaurant, pool, beautiful bungalow. They can help you arrange anything - tuktuk to the city (600 roupies) or car to your next destination

The rooms if ventilated little more will help the guest to feel refreshed when they are in the room. some more facilities like a small stool to sit while taking a bath might help the guests. a small wiper to wipe the floor might prevent the fall on the slippery floor will help the guests as safety measures. The property is too inside at times so if you provide some kind of mode of transport till the auto stand atleast is highly appreciated. thank you for this opportunity to express our views.

The property is very much into the heart of the nature. the ambience is good. facilities are good. food is very tasty not too spicy or not too bland. smiling and greeting staff.

Be aware it is actually 40mins- 1hr away from Munnar city, which didn’t bother us, and there is a small town within walking distance and Anachal town 10 mins drive away with everything you need. There was a long list on booking.com things the hotel provided such as happy hour, cooking /culture classes, themed dinners and a daily chai station were not available at the time we were there. Although a bit rundown the yoga, games room and badminton was available

Nice pool and grassed area to relax, lovely staff, quiet spot in nature. They have tried to protect and preserve the natural environment ( the nature walk was very good !) . They also put on some fireworks and a bonfire for new years which was cool. Room had good hot water system, air con and a tv. Wifi was fine and there wasn’t too many bugs around

Breakfast was good, there were not many options to choose but the listed items were tasty. The resort is situated on a hil top so its better to come by SUV or Compact SUV-type vehicles. small vehicles will struggle in steep curves and slippery roads

The distance from the center of Munnar to the resort was too long; that is the only thing I didn't like.

Actually, I didn't expect the resort to be too good; definitely, me and my partner completely loved the ambience and surroundings, as it was located amidst nature, which attracted both me and my spouse. I would rate 3.5/5 for their hospitality, and if they improve their hospitality management, definitely the resort would grow much bigger in the future. One more suggestion regarding the foods though the taste, quality and quantity are very good I need you guys to concentrate more on the menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The variety of foods was small when compared to the other resorts I have visited through my travel experience. Kerela is well known for its beef curry, which I expected would be on the menu, but I was utterly disappointed with the menu because it had only veggies and chicken varities; it did not even have mutton and fish varities. If you guys work on with the cuisines and bring wide range of foods, this resort will be a top-notch stay for vacation. Otherwise I loved the resort and definetly would love to visit again (after checking the menu again :-) ).
