The location is good, but unfortunately, taxis are very expensive and controlled by strong unions.

I always felt I was at my home. The staff, especially Mary, are always available on the 4 front. She is a hardworking young girl who makes you feel at home. Also, Ashok is in charge of maintenance and cleaning of the premises. His wife is hardworking and excellent cook.The premises have a CAFE Ederra is par excellence and well decorated.you will find all types of sweets ,beverages, and a list of Goan and continental food and breakfast.Last but not least the premises has its own bakery making all types of bread,and cakes etc. The room I was staying in was big and spotlessly clean and good-sized bathroom. The nice balcony with a lovely view of greenery and outside roads Some staff are new with no experience but fast learning from older staff. Also I had one bad experience. One night, I came late, and the guy responsible for the night shift was nowhere to be found. I could not find my room key,and after 45 minutes of rigorous search, I found the key hidden under a desk in a remote corner.

Excellent stay. Easy check-in. The staff were extremely helpful. There was a problem with my air con and they found the best solution available. Generally, the cafe was a nice place to sit and work. Great staff, great stay.

Breakfast. The Cafe is a great place. And Sushant runs it so well. But for breakfast it opens only by 9.30 am. So you are forced to go out and have yours.

Best service. And a clean clean place. Sushant and Saina, kudos. It is a quaint place with only two rooms, but at a lovely location. Take a walk out on the roads and enjoy the old world charm of Goa Altino style houses and paths. .

The cafe was very expensive, although of course you don’t have to eat there. We had paid to stay 2 nights but shortened it to 1 as we weren’t keen on the city itself.

Location is nearby to major locations, room was spacious and neat. Toiletries were provided and the cooling was efficient. Even though we arrived quite late past the check-in time, there was a person to assist us with the bags and take us to the room.

Location is superb, cafe underneath has good coffee! The staff are absolutely lovely and went so far out of their way to help us (taxi, laundry, even boxes for sending parcels home). The room was really spacious and plenty comfortable for a 4 day stay, with storage space and a couple of comfy chairs (even a rocking chair!) The room on the left is a lot nicer. Room for improvement - the aircon was very old and very loud (though it did work). The balcony was so filthy that we avoided going out there... not really a usable space, the dust and dirt looked like the accumulation of years. There's no desk in the room, which made remote work a bit more tricky. No room clean / housekeeping provided, so we were using the same towels and linens for the whole trip (not a huge deal as it was only 5 days) and the bin got very full.

I came earlier. The room was ready and I could use it without any problems. The hosts are very friendly. The room very clean, a little balcony with view to palms. In my room the internet was perfect. The Café is very nice with very cool temperature. A short way to all sightseeings.

We loved this place. It is in the heart of Fontainhas close to the historic Panjim Inn and the Panjim Pousada , both of which are worth a visit. Our room was beautiful, spacious. elegant and very comfortable. We had a change of plan and our booking was changed at no cost! Sushant and Saaniya were so friendly and helpful. I would give this place 11/10 if I could!

Super comfortable and clean. Perfect location, hot water, large room, aircon, kettle and cafe downstairs. A young girl Saani made the best cappuccino I have had in my 2mths in India, piping hot and perfect. The veg pesto sandwich also excellent. Great location, stay here and order a cappuccino with Saani!!!
