No water in the morning . You have to call the host to inform them. Water in the sink drains slowly. The too floor washroom toilet seat cover is unstable and keeps moving.

The society rules must be revisited. They ask for aadhar number to generate OTP which could lead to probable scam. The sales team did not inform the caretakers about are arrival. The rooms and bedding had mold over it. Electricity fluctuations

Property was good with own swimming pool. Comfort of the villa. Close to highway. The caretakers took care of our needs. Rooms were big size. There were vessels to do basic cooking. Pool was clean.

Dirty pool. Toilet seats were broken. Broken doors and windows. There are non places to get food anywhere around. And asking the staff to cook means it will take hours before anything can get done. We asked for tea and it took 45 minutes for them to make it.

Overall look and feel. Caretakers were kind and helpful.

We received a confirmation from booking .com that we can check in between 10-11am. However the Eco stay did not allow early check in and we had to stay in the heat for 2 hours and property manager was not ready to keep our luggage also. So we had to stand outside and wait. We had worst experience in check in and we would need to justification from booking.com for confirming early check in.

Staying in the Alpha Villa was a great experience. Its very well maintained. The amenities was in good condition to use. The villa is very clean and the sitting area near pool was very nice. There is place to play outdoor games. The bed in the rooms was good and clean. Beautiful villa. Must visit!

Nothing was likeable … I booked alpha villa and they gave me orange villa saying that it doesn’t matter what you book, we provide whatever is available. Cheating with customer and only two washrooms, in one the water flow was so slow that one might have to wait for 20-30 mins to fill a bucket. Frogs in swimming pool, took a video for same

Only one washroom was there on the first floor.Not all of us were able to take a bath,as the drainage was jam.Even with the basin if u open the tab on high speed the drainage pipe doesn't work properly.Swimming pool is just a scam don't rely on the pics that are posted over here.There were plenty ants in the property from the day we entered.

Its is villa inside the society and this is not mentioned while we are booking and there are to many rules n regulations and restrictions. You have to waite on the road untill ur villa is not ready. They dont allow to enter the society premises also. Its was terrible experience. The start of the day is the terrible start and than the otp nonsense system and all you have to face. Would recommend to anyone to book this property.

The villa doesn't allow families without kids. I was going with my aunt and my cousins. The coordinator of the villa Mansi, she mentioned that only family and kids are allowed in this Vila that too post we were half way. She showed us another vila and gave a replacement, that was even more pathetic. It was on the side of the highway. Just one villa that looked like a warehouse, no security nothing. The villa was cheap motel, I think cheaper than the worst motel She was very rude, she didn't disconnect the call and was speaking to her colleagues saying 'Kya log h kya chlu h inka'. PATHETIC EXPERIENCE WITH EKOSTAY!

There were so many rules for the stay and also for using pool, kitchen ware. They didnt provide the basic kitchen utensils also. Lots of restriction. Also they have mentioned 4 bathrooms where as the total bathrooms were only 2 and also thry have mentioned barbeque, whereas no barbeque were there.

we had to wait for half hour outside the gate. Nobody was picking a call. No comfortable beds. Swimming pool is so small. One of us had a wound in swimming pool as there was a broken piece of glass inside. Not recommended
