Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Management need to provide iron box when customer need n also put bathroom mat to avoid floor getting wet.

The private parking has only a few spots available. Additional parking is available in nearby streets though.
Room was clean and cozy, with a nice bathroom and various facilities. Good location with a small private parking. Staff was very nice and polite. Good food served in a beautiful restaurant. Kudos to the chef and the restaurant staff! The whole hotel has a nice modern touch.

A couple of things could be improved—the room could use a bit more space for storing clothes, and providing hangers would be a nice touch. The television could also be upgraded for a better experience, though the Wi-Fi was excellent. While the room service food was tasty, I would love to see more local dishes added to the menu.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were excellent—very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offered a decent variety. The location is convenient, close to most amenities. I stayed in a single room, which was comfortable and clean, perfect for one person. The hotel itself feels modern and secure, making it a great choice for a stay in the area. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d highly recommend it.

It's in a residential area and you have to drive about 2-3 kms to eat out

Too cumbersome to reach from the main highway to the property. Google took me for a ride and i had to navigate all the narrow alleys to reach the property

Parking at the place was a bit challenging yet it was Safe. It do hv a near by parking too .. since V drove a Fortuner it was not a bit discomfort , however car might challenge the steep drive to parking on the property

Room size is very less but the tariff for this size is too high, mirror was not there in the room and the hangers required to place cloths. Dust bin required in the toilet with tissues.
Breakfast menu was attractive but due to climate the most of the menu was chill and need to improvise to keep food warm, good interiors throughout the property and it was neat and clean but the room size is very very less for this tariff. if you offer with less tariff then the room size doesn't matter much. when we pay more we expect more. Definitely have to congrats for the creativity and the architectural design and execution. Furnitures like chairs in all places are simply superb.

Location is in a residential locality . Parking is outside the hotel. Room was.too small and odd shaped. Big disappointment.. No proper place to keep water kettle.to boil water No ele tronic safe No place to hang clothes
