Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel is located at a key road. Traffic was quite load also during the night and walls to the other rooms were thin.
Good value for money. Staff was very nice. They were a bit flexible with my checkout timings when I ran late.

Wi-Fi was a little slow but not to bad
I visited this hotel as the price was good even during the IPL final. 20 minutes to the stadium. The rooms are large and modern. 15 minutes drive from the airport. Big supermarket opposite.

I did make a request to the hotel before arriving, and twice upon arrival but I never received a response back about this. It’s fine if it wasn’t possible to do, but this should have been communicated. Also it came as a surprise to us that the hotel will call your room at 09:10am every morning to remind you about breakfast ending at 10am. This call is a bit early when there’s still 50mins of breakfast. Also the breakfast was great, but tables were left dirty between guests. If we came down to breakfast later there would often be food on the tables and the floor. It would be great if staff could give tables a quick wipe between people.
Fantastic rooms - very modern, clean, and had a fantastic A/C. We also really enjoyed people watching from the window over the roundabout. The location was perfect! The bus from Jaipur dropped us literally outside the hotel, there was a supermarket directly opposite, 10mins from the airport, and about 30mins from most tourist sites. Breakfast was included which was great. Mainly an Indian selection of food, which was cooked beautifully. We also had lunch at the hotel on one of the days and it was fantastic! Huge portions and very tasty. The WiFi worked really well too! I found it worked better in the room than the lobby.

The views from the room were open but not particularly nice. The location is a bit crowded, but that’s pretty much the case throughout the city. A glass shower would have been better
Very silent, shiny, clean and tidy room, comfortable bed, good AC. The personal in reception desk and restaurant is very helpful and polite. Food is very good.

A neat and clean family hotel, with very friendly and proficient staff. Went out to the way to organize dinner for us despite we reaching past midnight. Food is tasty and reasonably priced. Safe for women solo travellers too. Definitely recommend for family stays.

While the room was spacious and comfortable, the lack of provided breakfast and the restriction against bringing in food from outside was disappointing. Additionally, the hotel staff could greatly benefit from improving their communication skills and, at the very least, greeting guests with a smile. These changes would significantly enhance the overall experience
The hotel is in a good location. The room was good and spacious, providing enough comfort. The amenities were satisfactory and met our needs. However, the towels and bedsheets were a bit worn out and old, which was a slight drawback. Overall, a decent stay.
