Room cleaning was disappointing. Towels were dirty, bed sheets not upto the mark. The painting on one wall of the room falling apart.

I have to change 2 rooms. 1st room flush doesn’t work on first day!! 2nd Room is not what I booked and not worth the money. Manager was little rude and not able to understand.. 3rd room is good and what we booked but still have light issue (a loose key light setting)

You'll find difficulty in locating entrance. No parking for guest. Small rooms, no mirror in the room No in room dining. Toilet was equipped with unique feature, you have to press both buttons together to flush. Shower water pressure fluctuates and cold or warm starts coming randomly. Staff was OK. But they supply limited tea material, water bottles even on asking. No cabs for pick and drop. Small things can improve customer experience.

The breakfast which includes in the room, is actually in a restaurant which is attached to it. The staff of that restaurant is not good and the food quality also not good. It's better to not include breakfast while booking the Hotel.

The location is just opposite to Wework and seasons mall.

The hotel stinks like shit! I mean how a new property should feel like? Pleasant and aromatic isn't it? Guess what the hotel rooms were just average and the outer cleanliness was pathetic. They made us use the lift from which they take the garbage and all the workers of hotel were using the same lift i mean if a single women would just get in there it would be so uncomfortable for her cause after all they are the guests isn't it? Reception people don't even know whats going on in the hotel in fact had to ask them for a lot of things which they were clueless. Its just that the property can be improved if the staff is well trained and yes its nothing related with booking.com its all controlled by oyo management! Bathroom eminities were also missing, Its a place with good location thats it!

Bathroom fittings working was horrible and hand faucet was a nightmare. Shower was also going at full speed and low speed on its own. Mosquitoes were there, repellent wasn't kept.

Horrible place to stay, no towels, bedsheets is being reused. Waited for towels until 11.00 AM the next day and it didn't arrive.Even for free the rooms are pathetic, only the reception staff is helpful. Management is unprofessional. I will never stay again

The surrounding of hotel was dirty all the waste food was lying around. The entry from parking is filthy, stinky. Linens in the room were not clean. though it looked like the property was new the bedsheets looked old and overused. Locks were not safe they all had similar code and there was no safety lock from inside. This property is not recommended for women travelers.

I have travelled from Jammu to Pune on 11 June. Around 11:45 pm i reached at ur hotel to check -in but the executive at receiption desk told me that "hotel is closed as renovation work is going on". I still waited there till 3 am to get some. Then i have no other option to search other hotels in middle of night to get a stay. This is one of the worst experience one can have.

Overall service is too pathetic for the price what we have paid. One of the room offered to us was fully stinking. Not enough staff who can serve the guests. Certainly, 3* rating is not justified. Please upgrade your services.

Proximity to Seasons Mall - which has enabled us to be outside the room -as the rooms were not comfortable at all. As we were in a group of 9, any new booking on last minute was not possible, So we had to stay with what we got.
