All staff from reception room service were very polite. Good part is the owner is always present in the facility and us very helpful & polite. Rooms are not comparable to a city 4-5 star, but this is country/ desert ist does fit the surrounding. It’s marvellously commendable to arrange luxury rooms, entertaining evening events and adventure desert safari in such a remote location and the team of Emirates Luxury Desert Camp do it very well. We enjoyed our stay and made good memories. Culture folk songs, dance and fire show, a temperature controlled room with running shower en suit and very loveable staff won our hearts. Wonderful location of tent camp. Very clean n beautiful. The arrangements were outstanding. Food quality is very nice. We were really amazed after watching the evening folk show. Amazing experience at resort. They are perfectly located in Sam sand dunes. Not on main road , little inside to the desert which makes it calm and serene place to be at. Mr Yunus at reception can arrange everything you need. Try taking safari etc from resort only as they dont make fool, price may be little higher but it will be safe. We took star gazing safari and they took us to desert at 9pm and till 12pm we gazed stars on charpai and enjoyed bonfire. They take you in personal jeep and driver will stay with you for safety. Good work team.
