IndiaIt does not justify the 4 star rating and the price they charge for the room. The booking process was a hassle as their payment portal kept failing and even after multiple calls with the sales rep. there was no acknowledgement. I reached the hotel on the day and there was no mention of my booking and the person at the desk said - "the booking team is now gone". What should I do !! It took some convincing for the guy to contact someone and finally believe us that we booked the room and the payment was indeed made. Not a very pleasant conversation indeed. The room itself was quite average with dated furniture and fittings. The hotel does not provide "HAND TOWELS". I find it absolutely absurd for a hotel to have such a policy. Never in my traveling life of over 25 years I have been to hotel that does not provide hand towels. The buffet breakfast is quite average but serves the purpose. All in all, I have been to Goa multiple times and have stayed at much better hotels for the price.
the location is good if you want to be close to Calungate-Baga beaches.

Breakfast was Lavish and tasty. Rooms were really small. The ceilings of the rooms were of teen-shed. The pool and jacuzzi were clean. Awesome service at the Bar and they have happy hours also.
