IndiaThe Property is built in a few flats on the first floor of a residential building. Situated exactly on Main Road, near mainly slum areas. No Parking at all. They say park anywhere on a road, which is not safe at all. It's completely dirty and unhygienic starting from the Road to the common residential elevator to the hotel. Full of tobacco spits everywhere and extremely bad smell. No one can even think of staying there for a moment, definitely no one wants to stay. Please ask the property to refund my advance amount paid to them and remove them from the booking.com portal for your betterment. A BIG NO NO TO BOOK OR EVEN VISIT THE PROPERTY.

IndiaThe rooms are smaller compared to typical hotel rooms. It is quite noisy, as you can hear noise from the corridor and people passing by your room both day and night. no windows in the room so you might feel suffocation and dull.
The room interior is nice, and the hotel is located in Juhu, which is a plus if you wish to stay near the beach and the station. The staff and manager are good.

IndiaThe location of the hotel is very shady and pathetic. They charged us around Rs.4500 per night and it was not at all according to the expectation. They stated they have a 24 hr kitchen service available, instead they only provided tea, that too only in morning.
