Rooms are really small. Roads connecting hotel from Main Road is very small that even a bug SUV doesn't come inside till hotel. There are cleaning concerns within the room. Dirty Cupboards was given.

Staff behavior is good and Hotel accommodates the request made in advance. Breakfast quality us also good.

Food is not upto the mark. Only breakfast is available that too, poha, upma, or misal. Not filling enough. The food preparation is highly spicy. I could not get them to prepare Non-spicy food for me separately. A bit of disappointment.

Great Location. The Room was very clean, and in general the hotel itself was very clean. The property is well maintained. There is a geyser for hot water as well as AC in the room. The staff cleans the bedsheets every day. Overall good experience

Bathroom is very small and glass doors are not able to closes properly. TV sets are outdated Lift/Elevetors are always in maintenance without indication or Notice to the customers.

All day complimentary food included in the Room tarrif. Food Quality is good. Rooms are specious

I discovered early in the morning that the room didn't have a towel. I always carry one with me. So didn't have a challenge. Arjun, while checking out accepted the mistake on part of the staff.

I checked in at evening and checked out early morning. The room is small but clean. Bathroom is of very decent size and clean. Arjun, the manager, is extremely polite and welcoming! Om, a staff, who accompanied me to the room was also nice. The best thing was that everyone at the property is always smiling genuinely and it's not artificial by any means. In the early morning, Arjun was kind enough to step out in the road to guide the taxi to the property.

I recently stayed at Treebo Trend DDPK Inn, Pune and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The rooms, touted as spacious in the online photos on both Google and the Treebo site, were anything but. The stark contrast between the images and the actual rooms left me feeling misled. Upon entering the room, I was immediately struck by its lack of cleanliness. It was evident that the standards portrayed in the online photos were not upheld in reality. To make matters worse, a leak in the air conditioning unit turned my room into a puddle. This not only posed a major inconvenience but also raised concerns about the overall maintenance of the facility. Furthermore, I was disappointed to find that basic amenities such as towels and bathroom slippers were not provided. These are standard offerings in most hotels and their absence was a significant oversight on the part of the hotel. The overall discrepancy between the online portrayal and the on-site reality, coupled with the issues of cleanliness, leakage, and missing amenities, made my stay at Treebo Trend DDPK Inn an unpleasant experience. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the management to address these concerns and improve the quality of their services.

The location of the hotel was not good at all. I was very inconvenient for me to get to access to cabs and delivery apps. The location was not upto the mark.

I had to ask for the bed linen to be changed. Coordination of kitchen staff and servers could be better for small details like ketchup and pickle. The room I was in was tiny. Cant say about the other rooms.

Breakfast was quite tasty. The room was clean. Bathroom was very clean. Location is very close to airport but a little but inside from the main road. Not too difficult to locate with google maps. Front office staff is polite.
