Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

They committed breakfast but it was limited or only one dish, that too cheap n worst. We rejected that dish, captured photo n talked to Fab hotels helpline without conclusion. Next two days we rejected breakfast.

There was no toiletries available and not even provided post check in. While breakfast was inclusion in invoice still I was informed it will be chargeable if ordered. I checked in late which was already informed in instruction. Still the room was not clean . There was no dustbin available. TV was also not working.it was a bad experience for me

There was no kettle, tea bag, cup or glass, no use n throw slippers, at the time of booking i checked for hotels with breakfast included they said yes breakfast is included but at the time of checking out they made me pay for the breakfast too. They have no buffet area and served very little poshan when I ordered dinner in my room. There was no towel no toilet paper, though they provided when I asked for. They have provided menu for kitchen services rates are quite high, moreover there are no option for half, yet they provide very little poshan. In chilly chicken or rice there was some sandy stuff that spoilt my dinner.
I liked window view.

Bad service, Bathrooms nasty, We order breakfast after 2 hours they said they dont have atta for parathans, we order water bottles they bring open bisleri water bottles, No toliet papers no soap in bathrooms. we have to call 5 times for towels and soap he give us on one small soap he said that wht he have.

No hygiene, no cleanliness, every thing was disappointing even after confirmation of my arrival and making pre part payment and full payment after reaching hotel.
Hotel didn't not provided breakfast even after showing the bill that includes price of Breakfast.

Very pathetic. I booked it based on the rating, but it is never as per the rating. I have changed 4 rooms, rooms are not maintained, floors are dirty, so much ladies hairs, ladies hair clip in closet. Very bad smell, wheb you enter in lift, dogs shit in the corridor. Cleaning boys are not up to the mark. The rooms in pahrganj is better tgan this. If you want to spend few hours with your girl Friend, may be suitable

property is worst. Not recommend any good travellers to stay there. Its just another cheap oyo kind of hotel. Rooms were dirty, smelly and bedsheets were dirty. Washroom is worst dirty and smelly.

The property is located at a place which is quite far away from nearest metro station ( about 8 km).Even local auto driver's find it difficult to locate this property.Transportation around property is meagre.Front desk staff is arrogant and do not listen to the guest inspite of repeated requests especially the one who registers your name and makes bills after confirmation of booking.The rooms and corridors are too dirty and poorly maintained.Bedding and laundry is stained.Washrooms are untidy and have bird droppings.Rats roam around in rooms.Electricity plays hide and seek.
There is nothing to like about this property.One will repent staying there.All good reviews about the property have been manipulated .
