Location is good. I like the comfort and the facilities provided. The cleanness is also good. The behaviour of the staff is cordial.

i wont be able to comment about food but overall stay was good rooms were clean

My check out was on 9th and paid in advanced late check out for 9th till evening 05:30Pm, Receptionist said will check with manager but nothing was done and email I sent not been answered. They never got in touch with me neither refunded anything. I felt management is careless , ingnorant and unprofessional.

Before to hand out guest scanning cards and electronic doors if you are this particular about strangers (ahh this is a hotel isn’t every guest a stranger). We ordered Tea in the morning which we paid for but we got a call later saying that they informed hotel restaurant is informed to not serve us breakfast as we had ordered Tea, I even said how does that make sense as I paid for my Tea I should still be served breakfast but seems I could not convince the guy 😒 later when I complained at the reception the restaurant said we already had the breakfast even if the receptionist said he had seen us coming back from having breakfast outside 😅
Location is nice with good amount of eateries nearby

It all got fu.. up. Worst experience. In morning water was not there in taps. Even no senior person available and picking up call at that time.

Clean, fast service, decent breakfast, comfortable bed. Luggage stand, desk, wardrobe, side tables were pretty good. WiFi speed was also good >20-30Mbps. Auto stand right next to the hotel was also useful. The snacks and soft drinks/extra water were reasonably priced
