There was lot of confusion on the breakfast inclusion as they were denying & after giving proof they had that included. But due to that my whole stay got bad . Apart from that all good.

Rooms were clean. Close to station. Stay was comfortable. Cleanliness on point. Overall very nice stay .

Newly renovated property & very nice clean rooms. Very close to Railway Station. Stay was very comfortable as only stayed for 1 night . They do their own kitchen for food facility .

Slightly strict on the check out time. Though I checked at 9:30 pm, they didn't gave an extra minutes at check out. But they allowed me to keep my luggage there. The TV could show only one Chanel. AC was working but remote was missing. Lose tap connections. The staff at desk were not aware of local tourist attractions,, their timings.

Location is very convenient. Very close to Railway station. Room was comfortable and clean. Good restaurants are nearby.If they had provided tea bags and milk, sugar sachets it would have been great as kitchen was non functional

The hotel has certain terms and conditions, one of which is that guests, regardless of gender, are not permitted to be taken directly to the room; instead, meetings should take place at the reception area. The reception itself is quite small, equipped with a sofa suitable for two people. While the room and location are acceptable, I later realized that the room is situated very close to the railway station platform. This proximity results in audible train horns . The train horns persist throughout the day and night, causing potential difficulties in getting a good night's sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train and bus stations. The staff is friendly and accommodating, although there may be a slight lack of professionalism. The inclusive breakfast and Wi-Fi services are satisfactory, with both meeting expectations. The overall quality of the food, including the tea, is good. However, there was a slight disappointment with the coffee I ordered; it did not meet my expectations. The room, washroom, and corridors are well-maintained and clean. I have no complaints about the room itself; it matches the description provided. The hotel appears to be recently renovated, presenting a completely new atmosphere.

Rooms and toilet are clean, First room was having lot of noise from the adjoining room fan and was not reduced at all. Hence we shifted to lower room than the prestibed.

Everything. Total rubbish. Rude staff waited 1hour for a cup of tea when complained to manager they didnt have milk. No hot water. Never again waste of my money. Another important think what booking. Com offered and when i checked in they said its wrong price. And i have to pay more, which i didnt pay. Absolute diabolical 😡😡

The cleanliness of the hotel was not great. The bedsheets had one of two holes in it, and I pointed to the hotel staff. They did not seem bothered by it. I was there for a day trip, so I used the room for a shower and short rest.
