Excellent front desk staff: Pream who allowed us to check out at 3 pm although checkout time is actually 12 noon, as well as Rahul, Jeevalatha, Raman and Sweaty: the coutresy of the front desk staff is beyond compare.

The highlight of this property is the incredible service. From Prem the manager who catered to our specific needs for our children, to Amit in the restaurant who played with my child so that we could have a peaceful meal. The rooms are extremely small for two people.

It is well laid out and conveniently located. The staff are extremely friendly and polite, with a very pleasant demeanour.

I had had been told i could upgrade my room to a pool area view albeit the room was slightly smaller. I took up the offer only to find my room overlooked the generator and scrub land out the back. For short stay just got on with it.

The food was generally good, the room was clean and comfortable. Only a brief visit but managed to use the gym which OK and not used much. The pool area was really good and the loungers were very comfortable.

Rooms could be bigger- Bathroom needs serious Upgrade- Bathroom is just basic with one hand shower and does no justice to the 4star status . Lighting arrangement Need an Upgrade as well.

Restaurant offering was not at all great. Varieties are very less. South Indian dishes weren’t good quality. Some chefs were unfriendly. For this restaurant reason alone I may not come back again
