I booked two rooms for 3 adults and one child through booking.com( mentioning child’s age 14 whom booking. Com considered as adult and charged as an adult as per the hotel policy) . I paid all the amount before check in . After sometime the Manager asked for Rs 700 extra for the child mentioning that he is over 9 yrs and treated as adult. I explained him that I had given this information at the time of booking and I was charged as per that only . So this extra amount is not payable When I did not ask for any extra bed . Initially he did not agree but later he told “Ok , may ne chor diya o paisa “ . Finally I did not have to pay but the scuffle took away the mood of travel . The management should explained the matter to the manager that if someone is already booking stating the exact number of guest s with their actual age and paid accordingly so nothing more is payable . We also showed the manager that if someone books through Booking . Com for two adults and for one adult and one child of more than 9 yrs the booking agency charges the guest the same amount for same room on same day . That means child above 9 yrs old is charged as an adult for the very property . I hope the property will understand .

Neat and clean . Staffs are helpful and cordial . Have parking and small swimming pool for kids . Superior rooms are quite large and having balcony. Breakfast was good and they provided toiletries, saving kit etc.

The breakfast area is quite small and the team was not available for frequent serving.also preparation was although not so vast, then also there was unusual delays as if they were not prepared for guests to come. 😪

As it shown in picture, property is all same. rooms were spacious and ventilated properly. I recomend superior rooms for families. Staff is quiet decent.😊

Locating the hotel was a problem from the Highway. There was no proper approach road to this Hotel and parking the bigger car is an issue , The Space for parking is narrow and difficult to take it out.

The rooms are ok, neat and clean. The location is bad. The Dhaba-type restaurants nearby are very good.

The breakfast food menu was barely limited and was just average. Coffee, Tea were below average. Had doubts about hygiene. Could have at least provided a few fruit items.

Breakfast was average. For the price I paid for the stay, the room was not that great. It was clean and cozy though. There was no balcony and the view from the window was nothing great. No percolator for tea. They should keep a hotel kit.

The first night I was given room 504 which I did not like. It was in the back, the wifi didn't work in there, there was no natural light, and lots of mosquitoes. The hotel was booked so they could only move me the next day to room 104 which was in the front and a nice experience. Room 504 should not be given guests.

The staff was great, very friendly, polite, professional, and willing to help. The room I got for my second and third night was nice. The bed was comfortable, the hot water came on immediately, nice natural light, the wifi and AC worked well. The breakfast was fresh and tasty every morning. The nearby vegetarian restaurant Saptagiri was great.

It was a great stay, The food was good and most of our requirements were met on time. The property is at a favorable location with regards to place we wanted to visit. The follow up from reception regarding our arrival and guiding us to destiny.

Cleanliness was the issue. There was unpleasant smell in the cafeteria. Some furniture was also broken. Also the daily kit was not provided.

There was no exhaust fan in the washroom! The place is humid. By the time you finish your bath, you can't see yourself! The humidity it leaves gets into the room. The floor becomes sticky with humidity. There are bedbugs: Be careful when you stay. The intercom device kept in the room did not function. The staff knew it, but did not do anything about it. The AC remote control does not work: the staff knows it, but will not take any action. The front door of the room is always wet, because water keeps falling from the terrace. During our stay, we actually had to take extra precaution not to fall!

The hotel is affordable. The staff is friendly. Hot water is always available. The food in the in-house restaurant is very good. The pool is kept clean. The front area is good for a walk in the evening if you like. There are other food outlets nearby. Wax museum is very close- you could walk to it.

Food was not good at the hotel, so we had to go to explore other restaurants in Lonavala.

Room was neatly maintained and the staff was polite and quick to respond to any queries. This place is close to most of the attractions in Lonavala, so youn don't have to travel far.

The pool size was not ideal for adults, it was very small. Breakfast service can be fast.

The location was really good, a bit inside from the main road, parking available for cars and bikes. Breakfast was good, but could have been better. No complimentary water bottles apart from the one present already in the room. The room service was decent, wifi was slow though. The rooms were big.
