There’s a bit of climbing to your room, restaurant and activity area. Although there is an indoor taxi service (Free) available if you’re in a hurry and midnight rush then you would struggle.

Hot water issue which we were upset because we need to wait 20 mins for each time to take bath and sometimes we had time crunch to step out and two of us constantly took shower in cold water and that too it was raining during the time we were there. Hot water is the issue which need an alternative.

Staff were very pleased and friendly. Good response. Nice place clean and staffs are always helpful to drive us inside the resort. Food was the best and excellent. I would say very fresh and all staffs were smiling and very caring.

Time to get small electrical glitches: eg-balcony bulb was not working. Feel the room could have been slightly bigger, given the pricing.

Lovely property with superb view. I booked it for the two storey structure and the kids just loved it. Food was very good, staff were extremely accommodating.

The hotel room had a terrace with very nice view. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help and support. The restaurant has a very nice view and the food was great as well. I tried the SPA - massages were good.

The place was beautiful and peaceful. The staff were simply too good. Especially Vijesh, he went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant.

The people at the reception are very polite. However, it can be overdone and a bit overwhelming. We did not feel comfortable with it at all times. We understand the intention so no criticism on that but a little more authentic behaviour would be welcomed!

Attractive destination. Pleasant rooms well taken care of. Not too far from Kumidy. Tuk tuks nearby! We were on a bicycle and enjoyed the people taking care of them. Wel guarded. Highly appreciated! Food in the restaurant is excellent. Pleasant staff!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is great, surrounded by lush greenery that creates a peaceful, rainforest-like atmosphere—especially from the balcony. Our room was perfect, spotless, and very comfortable. The food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The only minor downside is the proximity to the road; while we didn’t hear any noise from our room, lower levels might. Overall, a fantastic and relaxing experience!

A truly serene place. The property was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. Rooms are spacious and cozy. The staff were incredibly humble, always greeting you with a warm smile, making the stay even more pleasant. The restaurant was good, offering a nice dining experience. Not to miss the Evening CHAI ☕. The Ayurvedic massage center was a delightful surprise, with excellent treatments that left us feeling refreshed. Room Interior

Staff at the reception and in the restaurant was extremely polite especially the Captain. Location is excellent having good view and quite peaceful, not very far from the main market. Just 5-10 minutes by car. The Rooms are ok. Breakfast was also ok. Restaurant serves good food ( dinner) but not to expect 5 star category. Overall fantastic experience. I would certainly recommend this resort.

We had an excellent stay at Forest Canopy. The entire hotel staff was exceptional; courteous and professional. Restaurant food was very good including the breakfast buffet. They also have few indoor games and a basketball ring for kids. The hotel staff guided us well for places to visit and also assisted in booking tickets to the Kalari and Kathakali shows.
