We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Indiathe noise on 4 th floor. some DJ band playing loud drums till late in night , 11.30 pm . very disturbing. I think the hotel should give out a notice while booking that there is going to be loud sound on weekends

IndiaRoom – Luxury Suite: Did not fully meet five-star standards. For example, coffee mugs had stains, and both toilet commodes showed mold. (Refer to attached pictures) Restaurant: Breakfast buffet service lacked proper hygiene management. Buffet setup was done without adequate cleaning—missing utensils were simply added while remaining utensils were left as they were.

IndiaInternet and WIFI connectivity were very poor. The Internet line was Unsecured, and our VPN blocked the line as it was unsafe to surf on an unsecured line. The signals were very weak and unreliable and connecting to the Internet each time was very frustrating.
The Breakfast spread was very good including both Indian and continental dishes and the restaurant was well furnished, cleanly maintained and the staff attentive and courteous. The Hotel is centrally located within 5 KM from the Mysore Railway Station and the Mysore Palace
