The room didn't match the amount that they charged. It didn't match the ITC reputation. The taps and shower were very old.

The staff are good. The breakfast buffet was good. They even had chicken liver fry in their breakfast spread.

During brakefast we asked for fresh pot of Masala tea, the always brought it when we nearly finished brakefast. Worst Masala tea ever. Come on this is India. I just couldn't believe it. There was dust on the bathroom blue coloured glass. The wardrobe we not clean.

The foyer needs cleaning on where the higher parts of the window and artefacts are. As you come out onto the floors you notice it whilst waiting for the lifts. Rooms could be modernised a bit.

Room digital keys was not working properly, need to insert and remove atleast 4/5times then only it works.

Rooms were not ready at check-in, it took almost an hour to give us rooms, work going on in hotel , carpets full of dust. Some rooms didn't have amenities like hand towels, dental kit etc

The biggest issue was that for the two nights, three days we were there the internet in our Executive room on the fourth floor was almost non existent and despite repeated requests to the front desk staff nothing was done. It seemed they knew of the problem but did not have a solution and could not be honest and say that WiFi doesn't work in that room. They just kept me saying be will sort it out , but no one came to ask/ enquire whether everything was working on well. Internet issue needs to be addressed immediately. We had stayed at the Fortune in Rajkot before arriving at Ahmedabad and that was substantially better.

The hotel location and room was good. Breakfast was ample and okay, but could have been better. The staff in the restaurant and housekeeping were very good. We had an issue with the shower and was sorted out very quickly. The hotel is located very conveniently. Our Executive room had many lamps and other amenities. On the last day we were waiting for someone to help us with the luggage and because the usual staff were busy and we were kept waiting, the manager himself came to help. Thank you.

No ironing facility. The safe didn't work. When reported it took 45 minutes for the engineer to come and have a look. He then went to look for batteries. We waited another 30 minutes for him to return. In the end we gave up and left the room for the excursion.

The location is very handy but the surroundings are not pleasant. We found the room to be clean but the air condition was a bit oversize. The staff at the restaurant were friendly.

Rather old facilities, dry-cleaning was broken (and no alternative was possible), employee support was mixed in terms of helpfulness (for example, one employee insisted only a very overpriced service could get us to the airport, the other employee helped us book an uber at 1/3 the price). Upon helping us up with the luggage we gave the security guard 100INR. He refused to leave the room for a few minutes, apparently wanting more money. The other security guard was great however. Internet was very spotty, streaming or video calls were difficult for us across multiple devices.

Breakfast buffet was very nice, kitchen staff very friendly and motivated. Some hotel staff were also very helpful.

Once I had to experience that the room Service manager was very rude to me and demanded to me to clear our room table in a very rude manner, waving is hand at me and not even saying “please”. I noticed that women in general don’t receive as much respect as men. Often I talked directly to the staff and the responded to my boyfriend only. also they made him sign everything by nature even though everything was booked on my name and I am female. It seems to be quite old fashioned in India in general, regarding this matter. on our last day, the hotel decided to paint the walls somewhere inside, and as you could not open any window, the horrible toxic smell of paint that should only be used outside, was coming though our ventilation and I could only feel well wearing a face mask in our own hotel room…

Staff was very nice and always tried to help us with every need. We had the Suite in the Hotel on the 7th floor. The service in general was really good and we didn’t have many issues. We could also easily change money to rupees at a fair rate. — room service food was very delicious, but quite spicy if you are not used to it. breakfast was okay, mainly Indian food, some nice fruits but it was everyday the same. And don’t expect real coffee, in India they mix powder with water (: . for the price, the breakfast was so, so.. We had better experiences throughout India in cheaper hotels.

They insisted on giving only one card key even when two people are staying in the room (in the name of security and policy). This is a silly policy and a MAJOR inconvenience when travelling with family and grown up kids. Management should review this policy.

Centrally located close to riverfront which is walking distance. Generally clean and well kept.

the front end staff took over an hour to check us in, and seemed to not understand what they were doing, asking each other very straightforward questions. No facilities were explained. internet did not work for hours until a hub was installed in our room - after repeat requests to resolve. the decor was tired and desperately needed a revamp. Even the cushions were flat and sad.
