I think property need some update in overall infrastructure. Room door lock need service or replacement as it was difficult to open and close.

Better access to the pool instead of having to step out of the building and walk around to the back to the other building. An indoor connection would have been great.

the hotel was great. The staff was very helpful and courteous, the room was big and clean and the breakfast buffet had lots of options. The only slight downside is that the pool is in a different building and not the easiest to access. The temperature of the pool is not regulated and the water was very cold.

Outstanding breakfast spread. Staff was mighty helpful. In the room that was allotted for me, the window was not closing properly. When they found they could not fix it to my expectation, they swiftly moved me to another room.

The staff at dining hall were attentive and good in their service especially Pralay and Lalrin. Breakfast spread was good and dinner made to a la carte were to my choice and well prepared.

No hand towels, bath mat and tissue paper. Toilet paper was provided for wiping hands after washing. The toilet flush was very loud and we could hear the flushing from nearby rooms too.

The staff! The last time I was here it was perfect but this time they were all so slow. I'd asked for check in between 1-2pm and they had confirmed it, but despite that, when I reached there around 1:10pm, the room still wasn't ready. You've to ask the reception 2-3 times before they actually do the job. I don't know if they're running short of staff or just lazy, but it's very annoying. The reception staff have no coordination whatsoever. I called them at 11:20am to ask them to send staff to help me with the luggage for checkout and 5 minutes someone else from the reception called me to remind me about the checkout and I'd to ask them again to send someone to help me. The restaurant staff have no clue what's going on at the restaurant. They're barely even inside the restaurant after 3pm. The service was so slow that I'd to wait for 10 minute to order the food, almost 30 minutes for the food, and almost 10 minute to even get the bill. I stayed here just a month ago and I loved it. I don't know what changed in just a month. They need to fix their slow service. Another thing: the bathroom was very weird. The shower did not have a glass door covering it and the water would spill all over the bathroom every time I took shower. There was no exhaust fan inside so if you're taking a hot shower, it's gonna become an unbearable sauna !

The location is central, rooms are clean, food is tasty, there's a spa inside the hotel.

I would highly recommend to have a vegetarian Restaurant inside the hotel separately for people you are pure veg.

The breakfast was good and very much comfortable with the stay and hospitality. The front office executive was highly excellent in her hospitality and dedicated with the customer concerns with immediate effect.
