The breakfast was hot, fresh, and offered a good variety of options. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, regularly checking in to see if we needed anything. They were warm and friendly, engaging with everyone and making sure all our food needs were taken care of. A truly pleasant experience!

There was a mismatch i observed when i checked the rate on the dinner buffet as mentioned in my booking of booking.com and what the hotel told me. They earlier just totally denied that they can’t give any discount on the buffet. Plus i didn’t like the breakfast options offered, they were less.

I liked the location of the property, and it was clean.

We were allocated a lovely room on arrival, which afforded lovely views especially of the sunset - but the room was really hot and when we asked about the air conditioning we were told that it was a centralised system so in the winter it only let out warm air, but coming from the UK the temperature in the room was really uncomfortable for us and we ended up leaving the balcony door open all night, but I wasn't too happy about this as wary of any insects etc coming into the room. Also noticed that the pillows were stained and the room was generally dusty. Once we informed the manager Nisha the next day she did her best to resolve the issue by moving us to the other side of the hotel which didn't have the sun during the day and she made sure the room was cleaner - but alas she couldn't change the air-conditioning system so it as still warm and we had to leave the door open for the rest of our stay. The single track access road to the property was really bumpy and windy which our driver was not happy about. We were informed it was under construction after a landslide but would have liked to have been forwarned. There were no facilities for our driver either for food etc. They were informed about a homestay back up the hill but the charges are too much for the drivers.

Amazing views with each room having balcony and views. Excellent breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Really enjoyed my morning Yoga sessions in the grounds with Gopal, shame none of the other guests participated.

Amazing and quiet location, 30 minutes from main Shimla mall road, the views from the rooms were very nice and rooms were spacious. In room service was great.

The road leading to the hotel (~ 1 km downhill stretch) can be a bit daunting for amateur drivers, and can be made better through efficient signposting and more lighting during the night

The hotel is located in Mashobra, around 45 mins (14 kms) drive from Shimla city centre. The location is ideal for those looking to stay close to nature. The view was amazing from my room's balcony, and the management was kind enough to give a floor upgrade. The biggest asset of this hotel is the staff - very friendly and helpful and provide excellent service. The food quality and taste was also good.

The location of the hotel is very remote and it takes time to get on to the main road. The check in desk was pretty clueless about most stuff and did not explain the facilities offered by the resort during the check in. The hotel didn't have any facilities for boarding and lodging of the driver specially considering it's remote location.

A lot of activities available in the resort like Archery, Table Tennis, Pool (billiards), archade games, VR games, etc. The view from the room balcony was amazing. The balcony was of good size and very usable since no menace of monkeys. The staff was very courteous and all the food preparations were delicious.

The room size , ambience & other facilities were not up to the standards of ITC , so need lots of improvement.

It’s location & beautiful surroundings . The staff is very cooperative & very helpful, specially Sangeeta & Neha at the reception. Restaurant services & the delicious dishes are the best thing . I would like to name Priyam , who served dinner to us with the smiling face .

location and no proper dormitory. WE were not able to sit out and enjoy the room balcony as it was next to some vent throwing hot air at all times. Very poorly placed.

Room shape and size were not up to the mark. Shape of room was weird because the bathroom was pushed inside the room in an odd way. To watch the tv was difficult as it was making an odd angle from bed or chair.
