A few suggestions that could make an already great stay even better: • It would be helpful to have a mix of pillow types in the rooms. Currently, all pillows are quite thick; having some thinner options would cater to different sleeping preferences. • While the trial walk was enjoyable, it’s only suitable for kids aged 10 and above. Offering more outdoor activities for younger children and adults would be a welcome addition. • A reasonably priced boutique shop offering high end local handicrafts, artwork, and regional clothing would be a lovely touch — the ladies in our group would have especially enjoyed browsing through something like that. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are grateful to the entire team for their warmth and attention. We look forward to coming back again!

We had a fantastic experience at Fortune Select Forest Hill. The hospitality was exceptional, and the staff truly made our stay feel like home. A heartfelt thank you to Soni from the restaurant team, who took such great care of our family’s dining needs. She was warm, attentive, and always ready to help. A big shoutout to Chef Shivraj as well — the food was delicious, and he kindly accommodated our special requests like thukpa and chicken lollipop, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Our children were well looked after by Rashi, who was wonderful in the kids’ area. She also led a lovely trial walk and a fun Zumba session, making the experience even more engaging.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities. The location was perfect, and the breakfast was delicious. HOTEL LOCATION WAS NICE & ALSO VIEW WAS VERY NICE , STAF WAS FRIENDLY SEPCIALY SAMRITI , ARUNIMA GREAT . THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF TEAM WAS EXCEPTIONALLY WELCOMING AND PROFESSIONAL. Very nice property ,it was an exceptional experience from start to finish, impeccable service and beautiful location made it the perfect choice for my stay Ms Arunima and smriti from front desk was so humble, Iam so impressed with the SPA services I had deep tissue massage there which was sooo relaxing perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. # highly recommended.

Hardly anything, we had a very nice and comfortable stay. Front office could have been more informative and could have informed us more on the activities at the resort, history of the place, cuisine etc.

The breakfast was sumptuous and many options. We had the privilege on being there for 2 days and one of these days was a low occupancy day and we received a very high-quality personalized service. F&B is a strong point with any ITC brand hotel. The product is very nice with large comfortable room, including a balcony and wonderful views of the feature and valley. F&B service was superb always. Staff was attentive. Hemant served us exceptionally well through the stay. There are enough options on the property to keep you busy. For amazing sunset view, head over to the Stairway to Heaven, our go to spot.

Staff were not available at bar, msg ve because guest were very less. We had to call the staff to serve us at bar.

They allow people to drink inside swimming pool, that’s a big turn off when u are with family & kids. There should be separate area for drinking people, swimming pool is not a area to drink

This hotel has the best view I’ve ever stayed at. The activity center is filled with a lot of fun games and Mr. Narayan working there is very kind. The food at the restaurant is amazing and the service was unbelievable . Reception team Shubham Aman Abhishek Karuna were awesome and made sure everything was perfect.
