Toilet was clean, but very smelly. How to improve the bed comfort. There is no proper accommodation for drivers.

Booking.com, while taking the booking mentioned that the bathroom will be with tub, however, the room that I was allotted was without bathtub that something what was promised, but not delivered unfortunate

When I book hotel the rate was around 500 usd and i guss that it s including breakfast after payment I recognize breakfast not including and payment was around 700-800 USD. I selected hotel because of breakfast and suitable price but the end I so dissopointed.

The staff was so supportive and room was so clean and bad was confortible.

There is a lack of some kind of life entertainment in the evening, where Bengalaru's culture could have been promoted.

Bangalore being a very bustling city, it's hard to find a good and decent hotel. At least the hotel was clean, well guarded and close to the city highlights.

I was surprised to see some dust particles in the room right at the time of my check-in. I had to call the housekeepers to clean it well. The key to the room gave trouble again and again. Fortunately the staff cooperated both the times. The snacks and beverages kept in the room were exorbitantly costly. There is no way one can use any of those things unless one is bent upon throwing money down the drain.

The hotel has a nice ambiance. The property is run in a way old good quality hotel properties are being run. The staff is cordial and professional. They are also helpful and courteous. The location is a big plus point as it is placed almost in the heart of the city.

The hotel is upscale and clean. The reception staff was very slow and inexperienced, but there is a very caring, persistent, and attentive employee with a smile and a sophisticated style called Kankana Roy.
