Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Everything was great the hospitality the staff were so friendly and helpful. Especial thanks to Karan who was so helpful and supportive. Also the breakfast was nice with quiet good of different varieties.

Location is perfect if you are visiting Whitefield (new metro station right outside the property, bus stop right outside, opp. SAP Labs, very close to Brookfields / AECS Layout where you find everything you need from restaurants, cafés, pubs, bars, groceries.. 5mins drive to ITPL etc.). Warm and friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and good breakfast.

Room. Noisy air condition (turned it off). No water pressure in the shower. Not enough light. Location. The hotel is on a busy road, with nothing of interest around. Forget stepping out or walking around. Those used to tasteless "continental" food may be disappointed, be prepared to be challenged.
Perfect business location, crossing the street for meetings. Abundant, polite staff. Huge, delightful and inexpensive breakfast and dinner buffet with rich choice of Indian food and great service. Highlight! Spacious room, spot clean.

Everything was good.
I had an absolutely perfect stay at this hotel – it exceeded all my expectations. A special thank you goes to the entire staff, who were truly exceptional: always friendly, attentive, and incredibly professional. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the reception team, who were not only efficient but also genuinely kind and helpful throughout my stay. Their warm hospitality set the tone for the entire experience. The restaurant was another highlight. Elegant atmosphere, delicious and beautifully presented dishes, and a fantastic team. A heartfelt thank you to the restaurant staff, who made every meal feel special with their kindness, attentiveness, and impeccable service. A very special thank you to Vishal and Baby Fanai for their outstanding professionalism and warm hospitality. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the guests made me feel truly valued and welcomed.

Horrible...........room air-condition was not working properly and I had informed to the reception staffs they haven't attend and didn't resolve the problem until my check out so that I early check out (12hrs before) from the property.

I recently stayed at Trinity Hotel, and it was a delightful experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. Service can be better. We were stuck in fire door and received no help. Toilet seats scratched and scruffy. Didn’t feel like 4 star. Wouldn’t consider again for this price point
