Location is good within the city premises. We enjoyed the breakfast. Staff also provided complimentary dish for kids. Overall it was a good experience with staff and food. View from swimming pool was cool.

IndiaThe in room dining staff needs a lot of training on how to take orders and ensure they deliver what they have written, which was never the case each time we ordered food. It was surprising to know that they did not even have the courtesy to call and inform if things were not available. But instead they just would send the order to your room for you to discover what was missing.
The property is new which is an added advantage as everything is so well kept. Our stay was great. The welcome was great, the rooms are big. The property is well kept. The only disappointment was the in room dinning. We ordered all our meals in the room but not a single time did they deliver things as per ordered. Infact after you call them to let them know that things were not as per ordered some answers sounded so lame. There is a lot to improve there.

United StatesAs the rooms are along a corridor, each time a neighbor opens or shuts their door, you can hear it ring all the way in your room. That's ok during the day, but very disturbing during the night. The hotel needs better noise blocking or skirting on the doors. Also, an express checkout option should be made available to Bonvoy members. I had to physically check-out while my card was on their file. I would have preferred to just receive the final bill via email. Not a big deal, but the check out can be automated for speed and efficiency.
Terrific location, room, and customer service - super impressed. As a Bonvoy member, I was upgraded prior to my arrival and the room was fab, especially the beds and the shower! Rohit, the duty manager, proactively ensured all was in order. We ordered off-menu room service (yummy paneer pakoras), and the output was fantastic! The dining room competes with Tier 1 city hotels - food options, ambience, and quality - stellar! And the infinity pool on the terrace was a surprise package - we were impressed!

Right from the entry to exit gate (and in between), it was service with a smile all the way. The entire hotel team made our stay extremely comfortable. The services were prompt for what ever we asked for. The front desk honored our request for a room upgrade which was the icing on the cake. Rooms are nice & very comfortable. Food get 5stars - be it breakfast or dinner buffet. The options were amazing and all of them lip-smacking tasting. The chef honored our request for a special dish one of the evening and that was a very special gesture. I want to thank the restaurant & kitchen team for the amazing service and awesome food. 2 suggestions if this could be incorporated. 1. The floor tiles in the shower area of the rooms & the entire floor of the pool washrooms should be anti skid. it can get very slippery for kids and senior citizens when wet. 2. In a weather like Nashik, a temperature controlled pool with that amazing infinite city view could be the jewel in the crown. Many guest wanted to spend more time in the pool, but since it got too cold they had to leave early. Overall an excellent experience. Wishing the entire team all the very best. Keep up the good work. AustraliaNo greetings or welcome from any staff or smile from anyone. They all looked so unhappy, Unfriendly and unapproachable. The biggest drawback is no hot water in the shower. It was disaster. Breakfast had stale food. There is live tea counter who served stale rusk biscuits.
