Large clean room with balcony. Plenty of storage space. Strong AC. Free laundry and free clean drinking water. We stayed here as it was close to the wedding venue we were going to. We liked the rooftop area that looked over Chennai.

SingaporeThough it is not a hotel but a serviced apartment, and room service (for beverages and food) is not to be expected, a coffee availability for a nominal charge would be good. Same for laundry service.......I am allergic to washing powder and thus cannot do my own washing. Kitchen could have a grinder, especially for lengthy stay guests.
1. A very spacious living room even with the dining table and 4 chairs. 2. Similarly a very spacious kitchen, at least in the apartment where my room was. 3. Awesome - the balcony.. not in all rooms though. 4. Very helpful caretakers 5. Bright daylight and breezy 6. Good location - a 100m walk straight from the main gate reaches a main road - Arcot Road, with Hotel Saravana Bhavan just on the right.

It was a fantastic stay, first of all the owner was kind and helpful. He sent a message with the details about the propert to enaure what to expect there. Also helped us with early check in. He made sure we were comfortable and ready to make sure we all were fine with the place. They have maintained the property very well, clean washrooms, make sure they clean everything everyday, gave us all the extra arrangements we asked for. Overall it was one of the best homestay we have been to, it's more like a place where family can go without any hesitation. Thanks for all the help. I recommend others to look here for stay.

(they don’t speak Tamil and Very poor English. staff doesn’t know to calculate the price (Tax & early check in charges) as agreed by both parties we confirmed that we will be arriving around 4am-5am but we waited in the parking area for 40 min (we got checked in around 5.45-6 am) we were tried from 12 hours flight.
The property is reasonable for the price we paid. also the owner is helpful.
