Once we found the hotel ( Location is wrong on both Maps and booking. com) the location was great. It is just off the main shopping / market street so the street food was superb. Only a short walk to all the major attractions in Amritsar. The owner/ manager of the hotel was extremely helpful and friendly.

The hotel is in a prime location. It is just near partition museum and in middle Hall Bazar. Our host Rohit was very humble and helpful. He took very good care of us and also arranged breakfast, tea etc. whenever needed.

IndiaThe hot water geyser in the washroom and the TV in the room were not working and strangely it was not known to those in charge. But on insistence we were supplied hot water in bucket from outside the room. That way they tried to meet a necessity of the guest. Merely havng installed facilities isn't good enough. Maintenance of the facilities is needed.
Location was quite convenient. Breakfast was fetched from outside and was ordinary and didn't offer any choice.

United Kingdom-Small room, -TV not working. -Breakfast included in the booking served at 10.45 am only after three reminders. I think they wanted to avoid giving it though promised in reservation. -The night staff need to have a separate area to sleep. They were sleeping near the entrance on the ground mattress hindering the entry and exit. And the night staff slept until 9.30 am. -Though cordial, the hotel boys were novice with no hospitality training. But they were trainable. The hotel owner should ensure that after recruitment, he trains the staff well in hospitality and management.
The room was in a good location. The staff were helpful and guided me to the place well. Clean room. Good bedsheet. Comfy bed. Water heater, AC good.
