No hair dryer, no shampoo. Ants in the rooms. Barely working shower. Functional pool. Non dark windows. Bed was not queen or king, it was two single beds joined together!

The hotel is located smack-bang on the main road which is noisy and chaotic due to heavy traffic at all hours. The TV channels for English viewers were very limited and difficult to control using the remote. Also there was only one plug socket other than the one used for the TV.

The bathroom in the heritage room was spacious and clean. There was a cafe on-site that provided western style foods for breakfast and snacks. There was also a swimming pool with outside seating areas which were reasonably secluded from street noise.

Only 1 mobile charging point.. no other facilities.. no one coming to clean the room for 3 day of stay.

Location was near to beach. But there was no facility in the room.

The 1 mirror provided, was in the bathroom which was stained and had poor lighting. The locker provided had broken locks.

The clean pool was the only positive point in infastructure. Room was a bit pricey, they show you pictures of their new building and provide you rooms in "heritage building". Which has no full size mirror, poor lighting, just 1 charging spot and pricey menu.

Breakfast was okay. Didn’t take lunch or dinner. The property is located on a busy road. Lots of noise till midnight and again from early morning. The room is too small. Toilet has glazed vitrified tiles making it prone to slipping and fall when wet. No exhaust fan in toilet. One has to be very careful in the toilet. The wardrobe was dirty and full of fungus inside. Overall bad experience and certainly not worth the money

The room has everything you need It is defs 2 star quality but honestly all I needed I filled a bucket to wash myself which is easy The door locks The aircon works The fan works And the restaurant at the front across the road jaga is delicious Also very close to Jaganath puri

I apologize for the lengthy feedback, but I couldn’t sum up the long, frightening night in just two sentences. I had one of the worst experiences I ever had of staying in a hotel. On the first night of my stay, between 3 AM to 6 AM, the hotel had three power cuts. I arrived at the reception in total darkness the first time the electricity went out, and to my astonishment, the main gate was shut and no one was present. The night-shift manager apparently locked us in and left the hotel, in the event of a medical emergency, we would had to smash the door to escape the hotel. I was so worried that I was a minute away from calling the cops cause I couldn’t understand what should I do, it's completely dark, and there was no one in the hotel to help but then I saw two male staff taking their own sweet time to come to the reception. Even after my pleas, The staff took 30 minutes to switch to the backup and by that time I had lost my sleep and also my room was then filled with mosquitoes. The second time the power cut happened, the staff took another 20 minutes to switch to backup. Shocking to me, every time there was a power cut I would come to the reception to inform the staff and the staff would shout at me "Why am I coming to the reception, can't you just stay in your room?”. That staff was rude and aggressive towards me. Mind you, My wife and I are in a new city and it’s nighttime, with this staff arguing with me, I was concerned about our safety. The interesting part of this incident is that the staff was telling me that power cuts are normal and I should accept this and not make a fuss out of it. I was paying Rs.3000 per night and this is the service I get. In my 15 years of travelling, I have stayed from Rs.300 per night to Rs.10000 per night but I have never faced a power-cut issue in any of these hotels, even if there was a power cut,the backup switch was activated immediately without the guest even being aware of it.

Mr.Laxman, the day-shift manager is an amazing and humble person. He was the only reason I stayed back even after my worst experience in the hotel. The hotel is located 1 Km away from the Puri Railway Station and 3 Kms away from the famous Jagannath Temple.

The whole campus is like garbage can. Nobody to listen to your woes .. No phone line working .. No tea, No room service, Dirty pool, broken chairs...Outsiders storming inside the pool area. Unsafe, unhygienic and filthy Never ever go to this hotel

Initially, we made some small mistakes in our booking. When we tried to contact the property, we received no response, even after messaging them. The photos on Booking.com looked good, but when we arrived at night, we couldn't see much. The only things visible were house lizards and other insects outside, along with dirty, sandy rooms and broken doors. In the morning, I went to the pool with my kids, but it was filled with insect droppings, leaves, and small insects, indicating poor maintenance. We ordered tea and breakfast, but were told it wasn't available, so we had to go out for all three meals. One of the staff members in the morning was literally drunk. We paid nearly 10,000 rupees, which was not worth it at all. I would suggest that Booking.com and other booking apps delist this hotel. I didn't expect such poor service, where I wasn't treated like a valued customer and felt scammed. I didn't expect this type of experience from Booking.com.

The bed was comfortable. Nothing else.

The controlling of the AC did not work properlybut that was not a big deal as I could just switch it on and off on demand. A bit small room with oldish furniture.

Nice small, but clean room, everything alright, especially considering the price. Nice courtyard, and the pool is not bad either. Close to the beach.

There are no good points apart from the location. They charged more than 3k per night, but there are no proper facilities available in the room. Everything is too old or doesn't work. The room was not very clean. Not at all value for money. The fridge, TV and the phone in our room didn't work. After complaining, the fridge was replaced as we needed to store prasadam from the temple. The fridge from the other room which was given to us seems to be very old but worked.

Only the location is good about this hotel.

We were on the last floor of the building with the entire roof to ourselves, it was perfect. The room was small and a bit old but it was clean. The pool and the garden were great. Nice stay, maybe a bit overpriced though

Polite staff and neat and clean rooms. The hotel is just 2 mins waking distance from the beach. Auto rickshaws are available right out side the hotel. The hotel is 15 mins distance from Puri Temple.

The safe in my room didn’t work and only one power point was working.

The service at this hotel was excellent. All staff members were warm, welcoming, helpful and efficient. The chef prepared pure vegetarian food especially for me, which was greatly appreciated. Rooms, bed linen and all areas were clean. Laundry service. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe at this hotel.

The location is a narrow lane and the entrance is very small. The entrance to the parking lot is very narrow and its a challenge to park a big car. I wish the rates were little reasonable given the position and the room size.

The staff was excellent and very attentive! The garden with huge mango tree and pool is very beautiful. The pool was cleaned every evening and we enjoyed ever day a refreshing bath. The whole hotel was very neat and clean. Our room was not very big, but equipped with everything as described on Booking. And we had a wonderful view from our balcony/terrace and a fresh breeze from the sea. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

It's slightly overpriced but ok for a one off away from hostels and guest houses.

A nice hotel with decent facilities including a pool, hot shower, cable TV and a nice garden. Has a sea view too but pretty distant. The food was excellent and was a nice change to spoil oneself and have french fries and fried chicken.
