Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

- One man from the personel was coughing every time he wanted a tip. At first, he just showed us where is our room and he didn’t want to leave from the room until we paid. Then, when we asked what is the password to wi-fi, he told us and started coughing looking at us and waiting for the tip. Of course, I understand that when someone is doing his job very well we can do also something additional for him, but showing the room or giving wi-fi password is just a standard procedure of welcoming a new guests. You can’t force someone to give you a tip - then they don’t appreciate your work - they just try to avoid you because every little conversation ends with coughing for the tip.
+ Close to the airport. + The personel gave us the keys earlier than they should (because we were too early due to our flight).

Great place to stay. Very close to the airport and the metro line to the centre of the city, which is very cheap. The staff are nice and very friendly, especially Ratheesh on the front desk. We probably had the best sleep we have had in the past 5 weeks in India because the room was dark, it was quiet (except for the occasional early departing guest), and when we asked for an extra cover for the bed it was no trouble for the staff to get that. Within a very short walk there is an abundance of places to eat, from street food to restaurants. The hotel is also very close to a number of ATM machines, pharmacies and doctors. If I ever make it back to Delhi, I will definitely stay here again. Roger Palmer New Zealand

nothing to say , we stayed for a nite they gave us 3 beds… the windows were facing the hallway and the curtain was not sufficient to close the window… uncomfortable for ladies ro change the dress… the photos are totally different frm the rooms given, photos wud have been taken wen the hotel was built i guess… for the price tze hotel and stay is over rated… bf was free but wen asked they said we might get buffet wen visited the hall they said i have to order.. anything which i ordered was not der so we have to settle for bread butter…
