We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaI asked for the GST invoice; though payment made with GST, your employee simply denied to give the GST invoice to me. First of all its illegal as per Sec 31 read together with Rule 46 of C/SGST Rules 2017 (Amended). It is unfair to deny the invoice to the customer who paid duly by electronic transfer well before consuming your service.

IndiaNo amenity. No towel, or toiletries. The location is not at the central, a little far but the location given on booking.com is correct.
Bed was good. We reached around 1:00 am. Atleast a caretaker was there to open the door and complete the check in process. Rooms are clean.
