Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

This is such a great hotel, it's everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room and bathroom was clean and spacious enough. The staff was so kind and answered all our questions. Delhi is really a special city and our stay here helped us enjoy our trip. We really enjoyed our stay it was so peaceful and comfortable. I highly recommend and plan to book again whenever I'm in town.

An in house restaurant would have been better. Our choice of food for lunch and dinner was different and was difficult to get. Anyhow they managed. The main door of the family suite does not lock properly from inside.
Breakfast was good. Was served as per choice.

Noisy during late hours

Great location in South Delhi, walkable to the mall and South Extension Metro. The kitchenette on the Each Floor with room was a nice surprise and allowed us to have breakfast in the room before heading out for a day of sightseeing. The room was spacious and quiet.

i particularly appreciated the guest services (Ayush And Udit). Very accommodating and clean. The amenities and location were amazing. I will be back soon! Had a great experience with gianmala Residency Delhi , Its more of residency rather an hotel which was excellent as you feel like home with hotel services even better then hotel

We were on the first floor and there is a communal kitchen on this floor which is very poorly soundproofed. Customers have access all the time Noise from pots and pans, dishes, and customers talking very loudly in the lobby until very late. Very unpleasant. Perhaps limit access to kitchen after 9pm.

Staff's English was not great and was hard to communicate sometimes. The photos were also a bit misleading as it felt smaller than in the pictures but I don't mind about room size.
Location is great. Somehow it's relatively quiet even in the middle of Delhi. Aircon was nice and cold and a definite relief. It's less of a 'hotel' and more of a home stay, you're basically in an apartment block. I like that but some people might not.

Some ways they could improve would include: -Smart TV that you can watch apps like Netflix on. -More seating on the hotel room deck (there was only 1 single chair) -Who doesn't like a breakfast option? that would be amazing if possible
Love the location, Interior was amazing . Driving up to the front enterance I loved the hanging lights on the walls, added a nice ambience. The room was clean and comfortable. Outdoor seating area . love the bathroom well maintain. Made it a lot more comfortable getting out in the cold! The kitchen on the Floor is awesome, love that we were able to cook meals there. Appreciated the cookware. Overall awesome stay! will be back.
