We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaDear Booking.com Customer Support, I am writing to formally complain about a discrepancy in the hotel pricing on your platform. The price displayed on Booking.com was significantly lower than the actual amount charged at the hotel. Upon check-in, I was asked to pay an additional Rs. 1000, which was not mentioned at the time of booking. I contacted your customer service team multiple times to resolve this issue, but unfortunately, no action was taken, leaving me in an embarrassing and frustrating situation. I trusted Booking.com for transparent pricing, and this experience has been highly disappointing. I request an immediate resolution to this matter, including a refund of the excess amount charged. Please investigate this issue and ensure such discrepancies do not occur in the future. I look forward to your prompt response.

IndiaThere was no iron in the room. So we ordered 1 from the staff. He took long time to find 1. But when we got the iron, it was not safe to use it because all the wires were loose and hanging out. It was absolutely unsafe to use this kind of iron. There is no health & safety in this hotel.
