The food could have been better. We ordered a pasta and there were multiple vegetables which are not not normally put in pasta.

Ginger pondicherry is a nice hotel with comfortable rooms and quick service. Thank you to Nagaiya, Febronia, and Nikita for quick service

Delay in services should have been avoided. Parking was an issue. No calling bell in the rooms. The rooms provided was far away.

The front desk staff need grooming and they unfortunately struggled to locate the booking which otherwise should be straight forward. the check-in and check-in our time could be better and offer an hour flexibility.

The location is good and the breakfast was highlight. good south Indian breakfast spread. The staffs were generally helpful and the rooms are maintained well and its good enough for short business stay.

We felt a little uncomfortable about only single lift installed in the hotel causing unnecessary waiting every time. Excepting this, every thing was fine. Dining was good. Hotel Staff was very prompt in service and quite accommodating.

Only one part I did not like was, I came to know on the fourth day that "The drinking water cannot be delivered in the room. If done, it becomes complimentary"! I was wondering why I was not told this on the first day itself ! I kept on asking for drinking water in my room, because I did not know a common facility to fill up the water! And another part I did not like was: The road which take us to the Promenade beach is crowded (I visited the beach by walk). The roads are clean (with no garbage lying beside the roads). The gutters beside the road are open. People have thrown plastic/old cloths into it. There was almost 10 meters wide "suage carrier drainage" while moving across from hotel to the beach. Lot of plastic was gathered into it. I am not sure if any water treatment facility is built up in the city or if the outlet of the drainage, is directly provided into the sea! If the un-treated water mixes with the sea water, it is going to be extremely unhygienic for the sea-creatures as well as for human!

The location of the hotel was quite close to beach and churches. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was simply full of delicious food! The "buffet" turns out to be expensive for a single person. However it was worth it. The room was cozy. The hot water facility was available without any interruptions. I like the respectable staff of the hotel. I particularly got to know GopalKrushna and Akhil both personally. GopalKrushna was outgoing and striking a conversation voluntarily. While Akhil was bit introverted still was there whenever I needed some help.

The staff could be better trained and groomed, as they seem lost when it comes to customer service. The front desk staff struggle to provide information due to a lack of proper training. Secondly, there is no option for corporate package bookings. there is no option to pay in advance online.

The location is good and the breakfast was excellent south Indian spread. the rooms are neat and clear for business trip. the onsite parking is a good plus to choose this property.

Exhaust in the bathroom was not working. Mosquitos were biting in the middle of the night. After switching on the mosquito repellent it was ok.

The staff were courteous and suggested us a room with a twin bed which was more spacious. Food in the restaurant was good

Not value for money, given the property and the need for infrastructure maintenance. Single small lift caters to whole property leading to long waits, especially senior citizens.

Property was good, but I didn’t like the offer from Booking.com as the rates were on a very higher side that too without breakfast.

The property is a little old and the facilities could use some upkeep. However, the staff is pretty good and offer good service with a smile. A special mention to the security personnel for managing the heavy crowd and also to Ms. Febronia, Mr. Raj Tamang and Ms. Pavani for facilitating a smooth experience.
