We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaRooms are just about average. Bathroom locks were not working and one room series has a terrible view of dilapidated building nearby. When requested to change the front desk quickly helped us move to another room with a better view of the main road. Limited breakfast options.

IndiaThe room which was alloted to us on 1st night was pathetic & not liveable with drainage choked in the washroom. We wonder why it was alloted at first place that means there is NO coordination amongst the departments. We requested for the change & next morning the new better room was allotted that means the rooms were available and knowing this fact, the bad room with the rotten view was alloted.

IndiaService. Towels were not placed. TV was not working. Despite of asking to supply towels 3 times, there was no one to look after us. I will carry my own towels and a screw driver to repair TV incase hotel so not supply in time 😕
I don't understand as to what a housekeeping staff was doing in the room at the time of check-in for him to left the room open!! How many times hotel staff expects guest to ask for towel, to repair non functional TV set!!? Not Accepted At All. Poor service. What housekeeping staff member was doing in our room then when we checked in?
