IndiaReception took more than 30 mins to give keys even after advance booking, Someone else's nonnveg food was delivered to our room that too after 1 hr of ordering, service boy not ready to deliver food in 2 rooms, had argument with him, senior said sorry and escaped, our room keys where blocked before we checked out, no one controlling loud people who where shouting in corridor distrubing our sleep, food was not available next day, item served without complementary dish, shampoo not available in room, toilet paper not available in room. Very bad service.

IndiaBed and cushions are not comfortable. Chair is broken. There is a gate inside our room to another room in our room which was scary, please avoid staying in 707. Bathroom was too small and there are no brush, paste or hair dryer present. Overall facilities are old at this property and revamp is needed to sustain.
On NH48 so if you are driving and want to stay for overnight rest then location is very good.

NepalIt just seems like a big hotel from outside, it actually seens to be rented from third floor on the building, no one was there on the ground floor to help us with our baggafe, we just read on the board that reception is on 3rd floor and grabbed our baggage to the elevator. Food was too expensive while taste was pathetic.
Nothing seemed to be liked about in the hotel.

IndiaI had booked a double bed; they alotted me a twin room and stuck two single beds together. Since our child sleeps with us we found it unsafe and asked for room change. They asked us to manage for the night & said that they’d do it the next day. But no action was taken all through our stay. The housekeeping staff just did not clean pieces of broken biscuit from the lobby area for more than 24hrs despite repeatedly bringing it to their notice.
The rooms are fairly sized.

IndiaDuring the stay, there was key problems in ours as well as many other rooms. The rooms were not getting open with the dmdrt cards provided and every time we had to call yheir staff for opening with their master keys. This was very much disappointing. Even the bathroom & basin the water drainage was not proper.
Staff is good. Food and breakfast was good but the rates are on higher side.

IndiaThe check in was the worst in a life of travelling: the senior manager was incompetent/ obstructive/ and official! It took about 1hr.!! A weary traveller wants to get to the room to use the facilities not wait around for a long time. Other guests said the same treatment was given them. I will only stay here again if no other accommodation is available. Otherwise all was well and the staffs were great helpers to my disabled wife/ the restaurant was serving good clean food with a manager of congenial personality/ the security were very good at putting our old car in an easy parking place.

IndiaFrom entrance to everything else.! Not even a gate at the main entrance.! No lights at the gate in night.! Not even enough parking facility. Room communication phone was also didn’t working and even after complaining twice , No one even solve anything.!
