There was a bit of a lack in the facilities provided in the room. There was no full mirror and the furniture was quite fragile. Apart from that it was quite spacious and nice.

The ambience was very cosy and welcoming. Staff were also very helpful and ensured our comfort. It gave a very homely feeling. I would recommend this place.

It would be great if there was either a restaurant in the hotel or a way to cook in the room for long stays. I understand that these improvements are coming to the hotel soon. Looking forward to visiting again.

I would have given 9/10. However during my second night, they organised a party in the lobby. It was so loud, you couldn’t even talk on the phone. That left a bitter taste unfortunately. Everything else was fine.

I had a great pleasure to stay first time in Bengaluru at his place. Very professional and helpful guy's on reception. Very nice place to recover after a hard day. Bad was amazing, comfortable, nice tropical shower and good bath cosmetics, excellent service and quite location. Everything was fresh and has pleasant smells.

Since it was a new property there was still finishing work going on which resulted in the place being very stuffy I think. That was the only thing I did not like about the place.

This was a new property. It was clean. I hope that is maintained. And the staff who dealt with us was extremely nice and welcoming and attentive to our requests.

Rooms size was not very big, but it was OK for two of us as we spent most of our time outdoors. What I did not like is the positioning of toilet seat as it was installed very low. Another issue is the absence of a lamp in front of the wash basin mirror. For me, it is essential for a proper shave.

The hotel offers 24 hour check-in which was very useful for me as my flight was arriving at early morning. Location is very good, not far from city center. Staff are very friendly eager to ensure satisfaction of the guests. They were happy to consider my request for a late checkout, and while checking out, they even offered a discount on additional charges.

The cafe wasn't operational yet, so food had to be ordered from outside. But I think once they open their cafe, it should help. The one negative was that the housekeeping was very late. Some days i got back at 6 pm to find my room still uncleaned. They need to sort this asap

The only minor issue I experienced was with the Wi-Fi, which was a bit inconsistent at times. Thankfully, my mobile internet made up for it, so it didn’t affect my stay too much. Improving this would make the experience even better for future guests.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel! The property is situated in an excellent locality, and the facilities were top-notch, offering everything one could ask for. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service provided by your staff. I want to specifically mention Shashwat and Jackson from the Housekeeping team. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond made my stay incredibly comfortable and memorable. The courteousness of the entire staff, coupled with their genuine dedication to ensuring guests have a fantastic experience, is commendable. No food facilities. No gyn. For a recent renovation it’s poorly done. The desk was falling off from the wall and the door handle came off from inside. There also is no view from your room.

Location is in a neighborhood, nice and quiet. King size bed was decent. Not the best but not the worst. Staff is responsive and housekeeping is efficient. WiFi is amazingly fast. If you need to work, this is perfect.

During my stay , the staff has entered our room without our permission breaching our privacy rights and the staff has stole my ornaments while we left and also we never know if he has kept a hidden camera and all my bags were checked and a fir has been filed against them in koramanagala PS .. The Vice president Mr vishwajit walks hand in hand encouraging such illegal activities rather than addressing and solving it .. pictures of cctv footage has be attached.. 0 safety is assured at the place .. please pick your your stay wisely . The motive of leaving a review is to bring awareness and hoping no body goes through such unpleasant situation..

The rooms were spacious and hygienic. The staff is extremely friendly and hospitable and the location is the cherry on top. A must stay if you’re ever in Koramangala.
