Rs800 was charged for Driver's accommodation in a dormitory which is quite on the high side. At Digha , a single room accommodation was provided to my Driver for Rs700 per night. The food also was very costly. There was no option for thali meal other than a la carte which is not suitable for two senior citizens like us. Also for Driver alone one such meal proved to be quite costly.

Break fast on the second day was good. On the first day there was not much option.

1. Room refrigerator was dirty and had foul smell. Not working. 2. 2nd day room service. I had to call multiple times to get the room service and it was done half. 3. Room Service-I will say, I had mixed experience. Some time they delivered the drinking water immediately(40%) and some time(60%) I had to wait quite long time. 4. I didn't like the timing, means pool should be opened some extra time. It should be opened all the day to 10 .30 pm night.

I like almost all. But the price are little bid high as per the position and location. It should be within 2500.

The food was very good as tasty but less than 20% of the menu was available to order. While the hotel was kept in good clean condition as soon as you step outside the gate it's just garbage everywhere including part of the beach which really detracted from the hotels beauty and the beaches beauty. It was disappointing the area looked dirty. I think all the hotels in that area need to take responsibility for the mess they are causing.

Hotel decorated nice and comfortable rooms, pool was great. Staff alright. Breakfast was OK and we ate a few times here which was tasty.

Even though we paid extra for sea view facing balcony, there isn’t a seaview, as it’s not a beachfront property and is blocked by other buildings. Since we visited on Dec 30th, there was a dj party going on till 12:30 with extremely loud music which was a problem for the room facing the pool.

Property is new and clean, and the food was exceptionally good. Staff was polite and courteous and service was good.

They charged extra amount for washing just for one small spot of sindoor on pillow cover. Pool has depth throughout.. it is difficult to use for small height person. Bathroon doesn't have cloth hanger.

We booked through booking.com where the pool view was mentioned in deluxe room..but receptionist argued with us & said deluxe room hasn't pool view..then I showed them booking.com site..& later they agreed with no extra charge.. they behaved good.. service good.. restaurant is costly but food is very good.. breakfast not buffet but enough items for you.. overall good stay from 18th to 20th Nov...only negative is India lost final on 19th Nov 🤣🤣🤣
