Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I stayed almost more than 11 days and we paid it clearly every day rent , some of the staff was very friendly and helpful to all , but some the restrictions and timing is there but we’re more concerned about the fact. On check out time we got our final bill and there is already pending 2k and I checked my statement and all of the day different upi also and everything checked,already some of the days I gave staff to cash payment also they’re not mentioned properly and the staff came and I asked 3 of them confirmed and one guy just flipped his word, and they’re changed their talk trying to get the money again, finally we give all of the boys to 100 each tips and we packed up,! And after some days we again booked and he’s rejected us to enter there he’s trying to abuse like we theft something from there. It’s nice atmosphere and but the who’s handling it and the way lot of the people who’s the customer or owner they’re not really interested build community and customer relationship, strictly restrict for who’s consumed alcohol and working,

Lot of noise as construction going on next to it. No toiletries as shown in the room listing . No fridge inspite of it being a studio apartment .

The bedsheets were not clean, Overall the upkeep was way below than they were earlier. The rooms look like they need a coat of fresh paint . The door lock wasnt working.

The complimentary breakfast was not good. No change of bedsheet in 5 days. No Chair was available I have to ask them one. Almirah was dirty it was never dusted..or clean.

bad rooms, cockroaches coming out of toilet, irresponsible staff, partially functioning toilet sprays, bad toilet seats, cigarette smells, stinky sofas and nasty towels in the Hotel Bulande comforts
Nothing was good. We booked a stay for two nights. Travelled from England and wanted to stay in a comfortable service apartment in that area. We asked them if there is a possibility of early checkin. They sent us another property of theirs (Hotel Bulande Comforts). thats the worst I ever saw in my life. Its more of a couple hid-out for personal time than a hotel. We could not get a good room even after the a couple hours after our checkin time, forget about early check-in. Finally we confronted with them and they sent us to a well maintained place (Ashirvada Service apartments). We shared one bedroom in a 2BHK apartment there. Basically, we could not stay in Golden Chariot.

Free parking is a false claim , and it is deceiving to get them business. You will end up parking in the road side of other properties, which is a risk.
The apartment is good, neatly kept. Except for the bathroom door , if it gets locked , the lock must be dismantled to get it open. If you are inside you will have to scream to let the front desk hear. If you take the phone to the bathroom you will be saved.

Cigarette smoke smells every where. Sofa, bedsheets, pillow cases had cigarette holes and dirty. No decent restaurant nearby. Lots of street food stalls everywhere, not very hygienic.
Hot water geyser was good. But the water would stop coming in the morning during shower time. You then had to call the room service boy and he would switch some pumps on and then the water would come in spurts.

There was no fridge, no kettle, microvave was not working. No utensils either, not like it matters given there are no facilities that have been mentioned. "1 bhk" just for show. Sheets and sofa was stained as well.
