We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaThe listing on Booking dot com is a catalogue of lies. It claims to be wheelchair accsssable, and to have a lift to all floors. This is untrue. The lift doesn't work, and I was put on the 3rd floor which made it very difficult for me, a disabled man, to climb the stairs. The room was horrid, with very dirty sheets on the bed, and a fan that would only work on full speed as the controller was broken. Eventually I was a given a room on the ground floor, but the shower didn't work, and there was no hot water. I was told to wait until the next day, when, they said, hot water would be available. It was not. I was told that it was ok, because the new room had 3 beds, and all the other rooms had hot water, so I should not complain about having no warm water. I only wanted 1 bed, but I did want to have a wash, which was not possible. The listing also claimed that the staff spoke English. They did not speak any English at all, and were very menacing. Booking dot com also claims that the rooms are soundproofed. This is an outright lie, as the noise was unbearable, with screaming children and the loud conversations of staff kept me awake for most of the night. My stay at this establishment was the worst experience ever, and I suggest that anyone considering staying here should book a different hotel. The management suggested that because I had 3 beds in the room, I had no reason to complain. Incredible!

IndiaMy booking was automatically confirmed by booking.com including my late checkin, but when I called the property on the way, the owner said no rooms are available, though it was confirmed. I had to tell him that I will need to complain to booking.com, then in some time he called me back and said the rooms are available. This wasn't a good start. The property is marked as 2 star. But there is no parking available at the property, you have to park on the road. But since the public road is wide, parking wasn't an issue. There were no toilteries like soap or shampoo supplied. There is no wifi, though its advertised like that. There is no lift functional though there was a lift, not sure if the owner turned it off to save power bill. Also the checkout time board was 12pm, We were asked to checkout by 11:40
Location of the property is good. It was easy to get to the property from the bangalore mysore express way and its closer to brindavan gardens, around 20-25 mnts only.
