    Rooms had alot mould old hotel i think

    The staff was very friendly n helpful.

    The rooms were outdated, with mold growing around the sides of the bathroom. The shower was only rainfall and no other options. The beds were old and tired, with the blankets not being throughly cleaned. The hotel had an event on at night the music could be heard all through the building. Even at 10pm we could hear the music, people walking in the hallway banging doors, Then the neighbors decided to smoke on the balcony, and the smell filled our room. The air conditioning was not working, I couldn't cool the room down. Overall, it was a horrible experience. The photos were deceiving, and by the time we got to see the room, we had no choice but to stay.

    AC was not working full night, I was sweating like pig and my bp dropped we went to hospital without informing hotel as it was emergency so we were not able to come for regular check out time. Wen we came back they verbally abused me and my partner and also they charged double money from us

    Verbal abuse for going hospital in emergency as my bp was too low bcoz AC did not work full night. We called reception to repair AC at 3 am or change our room but nothing happened. At morning around 5 power cut happened
